REST ASSURED, there is open/easy beach access to 3 beach areas from Wanderawhile30A all accessible via the community Beach Tram.

One is deeded private and two are public. The crowds will vary from the time of year and time of the day. You can decide which beach fits your family best.

Wanderawhile30A is located in the TreeTop gated community of Seacrest Beach within walking distance of Rosemary, Inlet, and Alys Beaches!

Enjoy the comfort and quiet of this newly built single family residential home in the private Gated Community of Treetop located in Seacrest Beach, and is a short walk to the Seacrest private deeded beach access and less than 1 minute to the private community pool.

The TreeTop community at Seacrest Beach is one of only a handful along scenic 30A with direct access to BOTH Hwy 98 and 30A - thus, during high season, guest have the option of avoiding the endless summer traffic on 30A making trips to the nearby new Publix, or other beaches in high traffic times.

Enjoy bicycling or walking to and from Seacrest Village, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach and Alys Beach, all within a short distance of the property! Or relax and enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine on your very own secluded screened in porch or the newly added front porch.

Wanderawhile30A sleeps 10 and is perfect for two families! The house has 3 bedrooms all with their own private en-suite bathroom.

Beach & Bath towels, linens and a kitchen starter pack are also provided. Pack n’ Play and high chair are available.

Easy access to the owners locker for all guest to use include:

Six beach chairs and a beach ice chest.
5 adult bikes- many child bikes and a Burley Bike Trailer for the little ones.

Wanderawhile30A's open floor plan and use of space makes this house perfect for your next vacation getaway to the beautiful Emerald Coast.

The large custom-built dining room table seats 6 , the extended kitchen island seats 6, and the outdoor dining screen porch seats 5 which provides room for everyone to spread out during meals..

Other amenities include fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker, flat screen tv’s in every bedroom, washer/dryer, board games, cards, WIFI, two parking spaces, an outdoor hand shower and curbside trash pick-up twice a week.

House Rules: Absolutely no smoking allowed on the property at any time . As much as we love pets, they are unfortunately not allowed on the property. An adult 25 years old or older must be staying on property with all guests during the full duration of the rental period. The property sleeps 10, parties larger than 10 (excluding newborns/infants) cannot be accommodated.

Family loved the place. Quick bike ride to the beach and the free tram driver, Kyle, is awesome. He gives the best advice on the beaches! On top of house being spotless when we arrived, it comes with everything you need-chairs, cooler, bikes, towels, etc! Host was very communicative and addressed any questions/concerns. Neighborhood is privately gated and very secure. Loved it!

This house was incredible! The location is perfect for easy access to Seacrest Beach, Alys, Rosemary and Inlet. It’s a short drive to great dining and a beautiful, nice and not packed Publix! The house was the best stocked place we’ve ever stayed in! They literally had EVERYTHING for us and our 4 boys! 2 Burleys, 6 bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, pack n play, a fully stocked kitchen with quality dishes, pots, pans, cutting boards, toaster, blender, crock pot, etc.! The pool is close by (though we regretfully didn’t get to use it because it was cold). We felt so safe being in a gated community and the newly added beach tram service was icing on the cake! You won’t regret booking this place! The best deal in 30A and the owners are awesome! They are communicative, care about their guests and went above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable and easy! We will be back! Thanks Greg & Norma!

10/10! We had such a great time at Greg and Norma’s home. Their home was fully equipped making our week stay feel just like home for all 5 of us. The kitchen was above and beyond what we needed and all the extras for the beach was a huge bonus. They are fantastic host and we miss their home already. The screened patio was amazing and it was so nice to be close to everything but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet and space for our boys to be outside riding bikes, etc.

Beautiful home, wonderfully equipped, convenient location and awesome hosts! This was our first time to visit the 30A area and this was the perfect home for us! It was conveniently located while also located in a more secluded community that was quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, the home was in great condition and the hosts were very responsive. We really appreciated the use of the bikes and the screened in porch made for relaxing mornings. There were several pools within the area to choose from as well. Overall, we highly recommend and look forward to a return trip to Wanderawhile 30A!

I'll start by saying the owners, Greg and Norma, are beyond helpful and responsive. Which can make or break a VRBO stay. They delivered. As we planned our trip they gave us the skinny about some things to make it smoother (the rundown on each beach, getting groceries, etc.). Their instructions on everything were spot on. The day before we got there, there was a big storm that messed with the internet, thermostat and fridge (which suddenly quit a few days in). They addressed everything as quickly (including a next-day new fridge!) and these fairly big things never ruined our vacation. The bikes were a hit with all of us. The house was the perfect size for two families and had all the amenities we needed - including that big dining room table where we could all eat and play games together. The screened in patio is nice to eat or hang out on. And the kitchen has everything you need. (one note to future renters: our kids were 10-13 and the bunk room beds just fit the younger two, which was great; just don't read "bed" and assume it's full length as a heads up)The beach is super close. The pool is close (and just the right size). The neighborhood is quiet. Overall it was a great house and location for families. Pro Tip: do yourself a favor and hit the nearby Donut Hole. We did. Three times.

We had a much needed, restful vacation! The property location was wonderful! We enjoyed using daily the provided bikes to shop and dine in Rosemary. Although we could also go to the beach in Rosemary, we much preferred driving 5 minutes to the less crowded Inlet Beach. The owner was a simple text message away. Very easy to communicate with and quick to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the variety of beach toys and towels provided. Thank you!!!

Rosemary Beach

Greg is a great host. He communicates well and provides great information about the local area. We loved the house and will definitely plan to stay there in the future!The location of the house is perfect for my family as we enjoyed exploring the entire area and having quick access to hwy 98 made this handy for traveling to Panama City or Destin.Inlet Beach was our favorite place to relax and just a few minutes to drive from the house. The bikes were also very handy for a short ride into Rosemary beach area for shopping and dining.

Amazing stay near 30A

The place was amazing. Location was so close to everything including multiple beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Owners were amazing with communication and had everything you could want for your beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and even a bunch of bikes to ride to the beach, restaurants, and shops. I could not give enough stars for this place. Will definitely come back for another vacation!

Fantastic beach getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is perfectly laid out for everyone to have their space yet still be together. Having bicycles, chairs, and umbrellas, was the cherry on top! Couldn't ask for anything more!

Lovely Home

Overall our stay at Wanderawhile was wonderful. The house is beautiful, the kitchen is well appointed, and they even provided a bike for each adult and child in our group. Since biking in this area is a necessity not an option it was great that we didn't have to rent bikes. Potential guests should know that the only pool you have access to is the small Treetop pool. And the other pools enforce this. Also, if you plan to rent chairs and umbrellas for the beach do so as soon as you book your vacation. Two comments for the owner - there is a very bad smell at the top of the stairs. Perhaps due to water damage? I wish that would have been taken care of before we arrived. Also, the mattress on the lower bunk bed in the room with the King bed is stained. I suggest a mattress pad if you are not replacing that mattress.

Excellent vacation stay

We had a wonderful week at Wanderawhile. The house had everything we needed. The pool was right around the corner. We road our bikes to the beach, which was actually a lot of fun. The grocery store was just down the road. It was nice to sit on the front porch and have coffee in the morning. We liked the quietness of Treetops. I would highly recommend Wanderawhile

Great spit

This house is great and the hosts are very accommodating. It is very clean (we have high standards) and newer construction. The location is close to several beaches and the owner provides bikes so you don’t need to drive anywhere. We have younger kids and the roads are low traffic and safe for them to ride their bikes. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home!

Everything about Wanderawhile 30A was wonderful! The house was clean, well maintained, and had some "extras" we've not found in other rentals, like beach towels, more kitchen appliances, and ample linens. Greg and Norma were so easy to communicate with and always very responsive. Would definitely go back!

Cozy beach retreat

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. The property is not located in the town of Rosemary Beach, but is a nice/short bike ride away. It is well positioned near many beaches, including ones with public access. There are plenty of dining options, grocery stores, and shops nearby. We rented a car and recommend having one. The home itself is cozy and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and responded quickly to our questions and concerns.
