* Pet Policy: We welcome up to two dogs WITH prior approval and pre-payment of $100 pet fee. No aggressive breeds.
* Respectful Conduct: Kindly treat our property with the utmost care and respect during your stay.
* Prompt Communication: Should any maintenance issues arise or if there's any damage to the property, please notify us promptly so we can address it with efficiency and care. In case of emergencies, please dial 911 first, then inform our property managers.
* Event Restrictions: As a tranquil retreat designed for relaxation and rejuvenation, we kindly request no parties or events be hosted on the premises. Guests found violating this policy will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
* Community Courtesy: We are nestled within a serene residential neighborhood, surrounded by families and fellow guests. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
* Please ensure the Grill and firepit are clean before leaving.
HOUSE RULES:
*We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
* Upon booking, you will be required to sign an additional rental contract between the guest and the property manager.
