New upgrades! This property has the best pool on the beach with over 14,000 square feet of swimming area and a 28-person hot tub! This is a beautiful condo it has a master bedroom, plus a bunk room and two baths. This condo comfortably sleeps six. The views are amazing! You will enjoy the private balcony full of sunshine, warm breezes, and emerald beach views. Exclusive amenities combine with a central location to offer one of the best vacation experiences. Relax at one of the largest and most tropical pool areas and grounds on the beach. Enjoy the poolside Tiki Bar, Snack Shack, beach service, hot tub, gym, and indoor pool. Also, there is a grill area for dinner nights at home. Convenient location for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Just a short trolley ride to Pier Park!

The registration packet is to be purchased in Lobby for $85 this will include your armbands and parking pass. Shores of Panama! This unit only gives one parking pass. There is paid public parking nearby if you would like to pay to park another vehicle during your stay.

These resorts host many people during the season. The wait times at the resort elevators may be delayed depending on the time of year and the volume of guests.

You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

I would choose another unit

The positives- The property manager or whoever I was speaking to seemed very nice. The outdoor area was beautiful and swimming pool and hot tub were always clean. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. I might stay again but not in this unit. The negatives- 1. No blanket for pull out sofa. Texted property manager and she sent someone up with one . When we went to bed , we realized they accidentally brought us a mattress cover and no blanket. It was too late to get one so he had to use the mattress cover to stay warm. They brought us one the next day. 2. Saw roaches crawling on counter and going behind stove. 3. The newly renovated unit was not fully painted. The wall behind the bunk beds was absolutely terrible. 4. No keurig although I called to confirm before our trip. Perhaps, she didn’t know what a keurig was. No knives sharp enough to cut an onion or tomato so we had to go buy some cheap ones. We left them for the next guests. It was just an inconvenience. 5. Cheap uncomfortable beds

Great condo

Parking was a little difficult. Spots were limited, mostly reserved, and extremely difficult to get a large SUV to fit in the tiny spaces. Some of the staff were not friendly. The smell of marijuana was heavily present throughout the property. The actual condo was great, and the rental company associates were very responsive and friendly.

Nice unit - but not great complex

The unit itself was great, but the Shores of Panama has several downsides. It would be helpful for the property manager to provide the parking location on check-in. The parking garage is HORRIBLE - takes 20 minutes just to get out of the garage when you want to go anywhere and it is super tight - we were always worried we would hit someone or get hit. The elevators are also horrible and take forever. Unit is lovely and clean, but I would not stay at the Shores of Panama again.

The condo was great and the property manager had good communication, however the staff at front desk and the security staff are extremely rude and have no people skills. The staff at snack bar and sno cone staff were very friendly.

Fear in paradise

Stayed while there was a shooting in the area both days and police everywhere. Groups of people making howling/hooting calls back and forth to each othe on balconies throughout the night. People in elevator and on floors without wristbands who appeared lurking/following for intimidation purposes. Police press conference statement issued was that they confiscated many weapons over the weekend. Probably will not be back despite the beautiful condo.

Condo condition was aged but clean. Had everything we needed. Great view of ocean, pool area, etc. Nice large balcony with plenty of seating. Would have liked local TV stations available as there were some disturbances and violence nearby, many spring breakers being arrested and guns confiscated. My wife didn't want to go out, etc. Also, was a pretty long walk from parking space (hard to find) to condo, so difficult for old people with bad backs. Beach was great, just too many people. Most likely won't return, not because of condo, but because didn't really love Panama City Beach area, especially with the guns and crazies,etc.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The condo was really nice and clean, and we really enjoyed it. My only suggestions would be to supply more trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper for the guests, as I had to go out and buy more of all of these. Also, the master bedroom really needs a curtain for the window. The blinds did not block out any of the morning sun, and the brightness of the room had us awake before 7 a.m. As for the resort, it's in a good location, and the outdoor pool was fantastic. On the downside, the parking deck is extremely tight, and the elevators (when working) are really slow. Overall, I would recommend this condo and resort, and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Excellent Family Vacation Right on the Beach!

Location Exactly as advertised. Right on the beach with immediate access from the pool deck to the beach. Shores of Panama had very friendly and helpful parking staff. DRIVE SLOW in the parking garage - safety first for everyone. Condo Clean. Well appointed. Simple decor to maximize the focus on the beach (was best for us with little children with busy hands). EXCELLENT communication with condo management. Suggestions have been sent to the property manager.
