Amazing house in heart of St Andrews

Spacious, clean and pet friendly listing. Features 2 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, eating area, outside patio with fenced in yard. Walking distance to parks, farmer's market, restaurants, bars, shops, marina!

The house is clean and well taken care of. Two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a two queen size beds and it's own private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. Additionally, there is a full bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs a large sectional couch with two chaise lounges. Laundry room with quality, large-capacity washer and dryer is just off the living room and a half bath is downstairs. Kitchen includes coffee maker, electric water/tea kettle, and all necessary items to cook your own meals.

The St Andrews area of Panama City is a local favorite, with good reason! You won't find any chain stores or restaurants, just local fare and flair. Multiple venues regularly have live music. Around town you will often see the motto "Keep St Andrews Salty" which alludes to their love of the weird, eclectic and local. Truly a great place to relax and enjoy the salt life!

You can walk to all of St Andrews' restaurants, shops, park and marina from the house. Downtown Panama City is a 5-10 minute drive. The house is about a 15 minute drive to the closest public beach access on Panama City Beach. St. Andrews State Park is a 20 minute drive, but is a great State Park with some great beaches as well. Pier Park is a 20 minute drive.

Pets are welcome but must be disclosed. Maximum of 2 pets. Dogs must be crate trained and kept in their crates when owner not present. We cannot accept any "dangerous breeds".

We were very happy with this charming townhouse! The house was clean, family friendly and very conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Host was friendly and very responsive! We highly recommend this VRBO if you are visiting St Andrews, Panama City or Panama City Beach!

Amazing location and beautiful unit!

The townhouse was extremely clean, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy and clean. Location is perfect. 2 blocks to Beck and the bay. Super easy, walkable place!

Nice Area

The property was very clean and just as advertised. It was within walking distance of everything in St. Andrew’s which I loved. My nieces and sister came over one night and we cooked frozen pizza. The kitchen had everything we needed including a pizza cutter. The girls loved the bunk beds and pretended to go to sleep in them so their mom would leave them with me. Lol. It did not work. My dogs were comfortable with the house, although I did find out one of them doesn’t know how to climb stairs. The backyard was nice and a great place to hang out. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute place

Quick stay for a big HS wrestling event and found this cute little place. It was a great location. Maybe 2 blocks from the ocean and pier. The weather being nice while there allowed us to take a nice walk. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We weren’t there a lot so we didn’t utilize everything . Communication with the owners was simple and I always received a quick response. Thanks for allowing us to stay

Fantastic!

We loved this place! It's such a great location and meant we could enjoy the walkability of St. Andrews. The hosts were great communicators, check in/check out was very easy, and we had everything we needed in the house which is tastefully decorated and feels very homely. We'll be back!

Great weekend getaway

Loved the location which was within walking distance to many restaurants. You could tell the owners really tried to make the unit very comfortable for guests as it was very clean, nicely furnished and the fenced back yard area was a big hit for our two older dogs. We will definitely book this one again!

A beautiful home away from home

This townhouse is as nice as it looks online. It is outfitted with all the comforts of home. It is also within walking distance of good food and fun. Highly recommend this place!
