Venture up to the second floor, where the heart of the home beckons with a beautifully designed living area and a well-appointed kitchen. The living area boasts brand-new furnishings, including a sleeper sofa for additional guests, and offers panoramic bay views that provide a stunning backdrop for your stay. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your getaway. An additional half bath on this level adds to the convenience and comfort of your stay.

Ascending to the third floor, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, each offering a peaceful retreat with spectacular bay views. - To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit MAY have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, umbrellas, sun screen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- Age restrictions: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

The place is right on the water/bay and offers beautiful views from every window. We were able to keep our boat at the dock and, while we didn’t use the kayaks, they were ready for use. There are lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs at waters edge and a covered patio. The bedrooms have newer nice furniture and, most important, comfortable beds and the living room has nice newer comfortable large sofas, plenty of room. The kitchen is big with lots of storage, maybe could use a little better cooking utensils, but I know people "walk off" with some of that. The only "complaint" is that the carpet (stairs and upstairs) is very stained -- I don't know so much that it IS dirty but it is white and LOOKS dirty. Primary bath could also use updating, or at the very least a new shower head because it looks pretty dirty, too. The floor AC vent is painted very chipped, and the bathroom and kitchen formica is also chipped. None of these are deal breakers, and we would love to come again, but it would make it a five stars across the board if they were addressed.

35th Anniversary trip

Great getaway. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Enjoyed walking to local resturants, shops and watching boats in the bay. Great place to relax and get away from the fast pace life. Beautiful place and scenery. Will definitely go again.

"Bliss By The Bay" is an accurate description

The home has a great floorplan and had plenty of room for our 4 adults and 2 children. There are 2 full baths and 2 half-baths. There are lots of windows and a sitting balcony with beautiful views of the bay. The dock was great for docking my son's boat during our stay. Location was very quiet at night. Several great restaurants nearby. Communication with the rental service was excellent. We saw shark fins, dolphin fins, sting rays, fish, and huge crabs in the bay ... and various sea birds. We also spotted from the balcony the Blue Angels jets as well as other naval jets during our stay. The children enjoyed the small bay beach for playing in the water. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return again to this rental home.

See You Next Year

This stay was truly remarkable, with stunning views of the bay. You will be mesmerized by the stunning view of the entire bay as seen from the bedroom windows. We had a fantastic time fishing and caught plenty of fish. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it the ideal place to escape and unwind completely.
