Staff was very nice and helpful. Beach access was great. Rooms needed updating/cleaning. Furniture and fittings not in good shape. First room we were given had been smoked in profusely even though was suppose to be smoke free. Staff was helpful and did change our room.

This place has really gone downhill since our last stay. The kitchens need to have more pans, dishes, utensils, etc. We expected to be able to cook and eat at our room. But that was impossible without anything to cook with or eat with. The room was very dirty upon arrival, and I asked twice if they could come clean, they never did. I had to beg for clean towels & toilet tissue, which they never brought, we had to track down a cleaning cart and ask the maid for some. Needless to say, we will not return to this resort. Even though we had stayed there 4+ times. It used to be a great place!

Hotel was dirty, rooms were dirty, a lot of hair everywhere, the toilet moved every time we used it. Very old rooms, only good thing is the location, you can walk everywhere, customer service was great. The bar had amazing drinks, pool was very clean. Too expensive for what they give you. Won't stay and won't recommend

The hotel itself was t the cleanest or fanciest. Wouldn’t have wanted to stay for longer than a day but was okay for our over night stay until our house was ready. Was very each to access the beach. Staff was friendly.

I have been to several resorts. The resorts had mold in the showers, Air conditioners leaking water, jetted tub was dirty inside our room, outside balcony needed to be swept, the floor inside our room need to be swept and mop.Very disappointed ☹️ front desk wasn’t nice at all.

The worst stat I’ve ever had! From the start we were disappointed in the room. The beach view was completely blocked by overgrown palm trees flowing onto the balcony. Then there was no curtain hanging on the window facing the balcony and the window in the front room right by the front public balcony and stairwell was 8 inches too short showing right into our bedroom! Then we realized our toilet didn’t flush. We reported this to the staff I was told management would contact me and possibly switch our room. That never happened, and we were given a plunger for the toilet which did no good. Eventually the smell filled the whole room. I let the front desk know the toilet was getting worse and voiced my complaints many times but nothing was ever done. We also realized that we had no pots n pans in the room so the stove and half the food we brought with us was useless! The room was just dingy and run down. The lamps were crooked one literally just had a lamp shade balanced on top of the light bulb. The refrigerator was off balance and shook like it was gonna tip every time we opened it. The plates and silverware were all dirty like they had only been rinsed off and put back in the cabinet. Half the kitchen cabinets didn’t even open. The pool area was dirty and run down, the pool grates on the deck were all busted some completely popped out being a serious health hazard. The pool is open so anyone off the streets can just walk right in and it was clear that was happening. Worst Ever

DO NOT COME HERE, please

I have stayed here previously and it was okay. But this last time…. Was the last. Do not book here. Not worth it, you can book elsewhere, where it is more comfortable. Got the room with kitchen and the stove didn’t even work, went to the office and the office had a very long line of people waiting. The elevator is the worst and slowest ever, only one of them worked. Toilet seat moved because it was broken from one side. And parking is very very limited on property, if you don’t get it there, you have to park across the street near abandon building. Awful experience.
