I had to have the room key redone at least one or two times per day. The balcony door doorknob was broken. The room had a kitchen but had to request silverware and then they did not bring any forks or cooking utensils. The couch has cheese crumbs on it. This is the third time I have stay in this hotel. The first two times were fine. This time was terrible

Good views of the ocean but definitely needs a remodel and only one of the two elevators work… the cleaning of the rooms definitely needs work… and there isn’t a laundry room at all for drying clothes and such.

Room not suitable for guest, beds terrible need new mattresses, bugs in room, bathroom need updated terribly, toilet always needed plunged, stove could be replaced couldn’t tell if the oven was heating up, one elevator wasn’t working and for a day in a half both elevators weren’t working I am handicap and had to climb down 7 flights of stairs and back up. Not handicap accessible enough especially entering and exiting the main building lobby area. Check-in and out was smooth and only one front desk clerk was extremely helpful not sure of her name but she worked Sunday, 8/3/25 around 5-5:30 PM keep up the good work, and the food and one guest server who worked the Tiki bar were excellent. Needless to say, I won’t be back! If i could’ve gotten my deposit back I would have and stayed somewhere else.

While the staff was extremely nice, the room was extremely unclean. The beach was great, and most amenities were wonderful however parking was difficult unless you parked across the street. All and all I give it a 3 because of the friendly staff.

Price is right

Priced reasonable, friendly staff. Construction in front of hotel made it inconvenient in mid July. Room had kitchenette. Could not bake biscuits while cooking on stove top. Had to do one at a time. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The first time was approximately 3 years ago. This place has really gone downhill since the last time we stayed. Check-in was great, the lady working the desk was very nice. Our room however was a different story. Sand all over the floor, the sink was covered in something just overall dirty room with a refrigerator that wasn’t getting cold. I requested a different room if possible but there were non available so we dealt with the issues for our stay. During our stay our room was never cleaned once, and it definitely wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. With all this said I will not be staying at this place again.

The elevator was not working and we had to take the stairs. The room was dirty it had tissue on the bathroom floor the bathroom sink was clogged and the balcony was dirty also. We had order more towels that never arrived. Aside from that that stayed was pleasant

There was still trash in the room when I checked in. I asked for housekeeping to come remove dirty towels and leave clean ones, they never did. Hotel has kitchen with absolutely no pots or pans to use. Elevator was down half the time.

It was very convenient to a lot of shopping. The tiki bar was great . Only one elevator was working but never had to wait on the one in use. The kids loved the pool and access to the beach.

The cleanliness of the room was less than stellar. There was sand on the floor from a previous guest and mold on the lampshade. The room was very basic and could use updating. One of the elevators was broken and therefore the other was busy and slow. The room had a great view and location but I'm unsure if I would stay here again. They could use a good bit of improvements. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing for breakfast other than coffee.

Let me start by saying that the staff here are incredibly friendly and very helpful. However the place itself is just awful. To start there was only one working elevator and it sounded like it was about to fall apart. The pool had so much chlorine in it that you could barely tolerate it. The worst part was the beds. If you like thin very hard beds then you would love it. My back never hurt so bad in all my life. The stove didn’t work, you couldn’t sit on the balcony due to the heat that was coming off the air conditioning unit. The couch bed was slightly better than the actual beds but not great either. All in all this place is run down. Needs major work. Staff are great, price is not worth it. I will never stay there again.
