The staff was very helpful. Our room had a bad smell. Everything seemed to close down early, the pool by 8 pm, the restraunts and bars on weeknights and breakfast started at 7. That was to late for anyone having excursions or early flights.

This property is rated a 4 start property and it is not. This place is more like 2-3 star property. The bedroom were very filthy, you can clearly see mold all over the vents/AC. The bathroom are dirty very ran down. Bed sheets were dirty even the ones that they would bring as “clean”. I paid for a suite and they moved us to a regular room because there was no hot water and the bathtub was getting plugged when the shower was running. They said they would find us another suite when available but they never did and they refused to refund me. I don’t recommend staying at that place especially at the price they charge.

Our vacation was excellent. The hotel location was convenient, the scenery was beautiful, and the staff especially Caesar were invaluable. Our taxi driver, Eduardo, was also awesome: very patient and dependable. Housekeeping was on point with always having the room nice and clean, Amazing breakfast with a variety to eat. One problem we encountered was that one night, while we were in our room on the 29th floor and had left the curtains open to enjoy the lovely view, a drone came right up to our window. We had to close the curtains quickly, and it left, but that experience was not pleasant. Aside from that, we loved our stay, and overall our experience was very good.

When I checked in i waited 1hr, front desk is slow. They didn't give me the room in booked. The room was dirty and sheets stained. The gym was closed during my whole stayed, wasnt avle to use it. The waitress was so slow by the pool area. The only good point id give it was the door men which helped with grabbing vehicles.
