Got to the hotel and pool looked like a swamp! We did not want to stay because we had kids who wanted to swim...we did not check in and canceled....they would NOT refund me the entire stay! They are charging me 1 night stay even though we did not even check in!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located within close proximity to shopping centers and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area without needing to travel far. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of available spots and easy access to the entrance. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Extremely Dissatisfied

I was headed to this hotel coming from Atlanta for a vacation in Panama and as I was on the way. 2 hours away from Panama I was called by the hotel and they canceled my reservation because the hotel was having issues. I was not offered any help accommodation, referrals or anything!!
