Room was "Mid- Grade. Clean, no bugs of any kind. Clean, fresh bed linen. One of the best showers Ive ever had! Restaurant was ok. Limited menu. Not going to win any awards, but was priced right. Not bad. Busy street outside. Even 5 floors up it got loud. No big deal. We would consider staying again.

We have stayed here MANY times …wish they had a loyalty program ! It’s convenient, staff are courteous and efficient, breakfast is good, bed is comfortable. We notice efforts to improve … whoever purchased the safe towels is a genius ! Lots of hot water too.

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Check-in took 55 minutes because our room “wasn’t ready” after someone spilled something all over it. When we finally got in, the floors were sticky, the place smelled, and staff seemed annoyed when we asked for cleaning. They sent a lady with a dry Swiffer who barely wiped the floor. We asked for a new room, but they claimed they were fully booked, so we cleaned it ourselves. We found roaches and bugs in the bed, and the entire place reeks of mold. The shower door was rusted and broken, so every time you shower, the bathroom and the main room outside flood with water. Moisture never dries, making the smell even worse. The bathroom had a broken soap holder, a constantly leaking faucet that dripped all night, and the corner of the shower looked kicked in. Hallways were dirty and noisy, making it hard to sleep. No one at the hotel spoke English, which made resolving issues nearly impossible. Even speaking Spanish, staff acted annoyed and unhelpful. The booking falsely advertised on-site laundry, but there was none; they told us to go somewhere else. The hotel smells, the area is bad, and nothing is maintained. We travel often and have never seen anything this filthy or poorly run. Pay more and stay somewhere else. This place is disgusting and should be avoided at all costs.

Nice, modern and central neighborhood, close to the Cinta boulevard. Staff is very friendly. It could be cleaner but I guess that’s also part of the budget price. The condition of the walls isn’t great, we could hear the elevator beeping in the room, even with our “extra silent” earpods in our ears.
