READ BEFORE BOOKING *Very Disappointed*

The cleanliness of this property was a disappointment. At first glance it looked and smelled clean, but taking a closer look, the bathrooms were dirty. Hair on the floor, smelled of urine and water on the floor like if someone just took a shower. The floors were dirty and the place hasn’t been swept or mopped. The bedrooms didn’t even have proper bedding, just a flat sheet on the mattress. Then we found roaches in the apartment. I have pictures to prove it, we found multiple roaches, and we started to clean the place ourselves since it was very late. We contacted the agent the next morning and they sent someone to clean right away. Yes, we appreciated the additional cleaning but the place was never properly cleaned in the first place. When I spoke to the agent about some type of refund it was completely ignored. Wont ever stay at this place again. If you do, double check everything.
