I enjoyed the stay, this was my second time. *Check-in process get there early if not you'll be standing in there for at least half an hour,* is a $100 deposit per day which is withdrawn automatic unfortunately. The Room was comfortable, clean, For Breakfast get there early ,not only you would have to wait for elevators being so croud, breakfast table, long lines to eat. But Everything else was perfect , dining options, there or at the mall that is conected by a bridge. the pool after a long day. We stayed for 2 nights then went somewhere else for more trips

Worst Hotel Experience – Overpriced and Dirty I booked a Family Suite, 2 Bedrooms, Sea View at Megapolis Hotel Panamá for 4 nights (Sept 19–23, 2025) through Expedia. I paid $1,132.94 in total, and this has been the worst hotel experience of my life despite such a high price. I was moved through four different rooms, and each one was in unacceptable condition: dirty floors, dusty corners, broken furniture, loose bathroom fixtures, dirty mirrors, and a strong smell of humidity. The hallways and public areas were filthy, and the elevators barely worked. Although the hotel is in a prime location in Panama City, it is extremely neglected and poorly maintained. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional, which made everything even worse. I was traveling with my two young daughters, and the environment felt unsafe, unhealthy, and unpleasant for a family. For the price I paid and the room type I booked, I expected at least basic cleanliness and maintenance. Instead, I got a hotel that needs a complete renovation. This property is not what Expedia advertises, and I strongly believe it should be reviewed or removed from the listings. 👉 I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

House keeping came in but didn’t clean the room. The toilet paper was removed and never replaced. I advised the front desk and they never sent house keeping. Also the lights when you enter the room didn’t work in multiple rooms. The refrigerator didn’t work either.
