Worst Experience

The Front Desk staff is the worst. A person with Specs in the front desk with the name of Carlos ( young person with specs) have a different attitude and thinks that the hotel is the property of his father. Never ever ready to help. Only guve excuses. The worst person ever experienced at any hotel front desk.

Excellent property for the price. Pretty centrally located. The suites are phenomenal. i would recommend to anyone. If I had to spend time in Panama the Riande is def where I would go. The only slight drawback is the continental breakfast. Would have liked to seen more or different choices on different days. Still was good though.

They added a process of being forced to get a voucher before you can get breakfast, EVEN if your room includes breakfast. The LAST thing I want to do in the morning before breakfast is wait in line for a voucher. I have been going to that hotel for the last 15 years and they never did this before - they need to change this back. They are getting 4 stars because their new policy ruined my morning.
