We visited Panama about two weeks ago, and the experience was absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend staying at the Sofitel for a truly luxurious experience. The hotel is clean, safe, and, most importantly, stunning. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The staff is exceptionally professional and attentive. The food and desserts were consistently delicious—we dined at every restaurant within the hotel and enjoyed each one, especially Caleta, where we had our first dinner. Juan, our waiter, and Joselyn, the hostess, were both personable and professional, making the evening even more memorable. Our room was excellent, complete with a lovely balcony we enjoyed throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, surrounded by a variety of dining options, attractions, and shops. I also recommend using the hotel’s transportation services. Our driver was incredibly knowledgeable and drove with precision and care. He was also very friendly and professional, which made getting around the city even more enjoyable.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sofitel Legend. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. My room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and included thoughtful touches that personalized my experience. The breakfast at Caleta was outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon bites at Mayda as well. I highly recommend trying the La Reina cocktail, it was simply exquisite. The hotel’s location is ideal, tucked away on a quiet corner by the water in Casco Viejo, perfect for strolling through the charming shops and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and refined stay.

The staff was exceptional. Very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The hotel smelled wonderful even in the elevator. The dining staff was eager to make us feel welcomed and offered meals suggestions that were perfect for us to experience Panama cuisine. It would be very hard to choose any other place better than Sofitel Legend for our next visit. I highly recommend this piece of paradise. We will be back.

I LOVED everything about this hotel. I will definitely stay here next time I visit. The only negative experience I had was with the valet. They did not pull our car to the front of the hotel as agreed upon during check out. They had us walk over to the parking lot to retrieve our vehicle. Other than that experience, I would give it a 10/10.

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are having a comfortable stay. They really made me feel special as I was celebrating my birthday during the stay. Loved having a balcony. Only con is that breakfast starts to get boring as it’s a limited menu.

What a delight! From the moment you step into the lobby, to when we left, our whole stay was purely wonderful. Staff were courteous, and not in your way too much, the turn down service was lovely especially after returning from an excursion, and the Diptyque bathroom items were pure luxury. A wonderful stay that made Panama even more mesmerizing.
