Our studio condo at Top of the Gulf Condos, is family owned. We offer a homey atmosphere to make all of your beach vacation memories. There is a small kitchen with all appliances, a bathroom with tub/shower. The room included a queen bed, a full sized murphy bed and a full sized pull out couch, so everyone can get comfortable. Also included, a TV with cable, and free WiFi. There a gulf view from the common area balcony, just steps away from your front door, also a swimming pool, and a sun deck, just steps to the beautiful beach.

This room was a cute little condo with a side view of the ocean. Host communicated well. The room could use a good cleaning though, the dishwasher had some questionable things thrown in it and the shower curtain had some mold, kitchen drawers need some wiping but other than that it’s decent and those things are quick fixes. Overall good for a little weekend condo as a family of three.

The location was great close to everything, the beach was right at 30 ft from the room and the pools was nice and clean. The room is small if you are traveling with more than 3 people. It was perfect for me and my daughter.

Loved staying here, just wish the room was a little more clean! Great area, awesome pool (with a great little snack shack) and the beach was pretty quiet. The owner, Julie, was very great at communicating and was very kind! Smoothest check in (and out) process ever!!!

Girls trip

I had a quick girls trip weekend. It was great location. Elevators were always working and fast. The pool wasn't over crowded and parking lot always has spots. Only thing couple areas could be a little cleaner, but nothing major. Host was very good at communication.

Excellent location! The ease of checking in and the communication was spot on. If you're looking for immaculate this isn't it. It has it's imperfections. I was able to overlook most of it since we wasn't in the room much. The dishwasher had hoses and bags in it, which I assumed it didn't work, I didn't try. The community balcony is literally steps from the front door. I enjoyed sitting out there a lot. I would definitely stay again. The kids and I had an amazing vacation!

Easy beach access

location was excellent! Only downfall was bathroom was super tiny, the kitchen light didn’t work and the air unit was EXTREMELY loud and roared at random times during the night. Also the power was shut off at 7am for maintenance which made packing a little difficult but would stay again!

Just an ok stay

Although we were in the the room very limited time as planned, it could use a deep cleaning and updated. The bathtub was not clean and had sand in the bottom, we were left only two towels for a 5 day stay (smaller towels), it needs an air purifier due to the musty smell, the kitchen drawer had dirty cutlery in it, a hair was on one of the pillows, the couches had stains on them and the living room light was blown. The owner was very responsive and brought extra towels for another person that was coming on Saturday and was very quick to fix the light that was out. I can’t say that I wouldn’t stay here again, but it would definitely need to be a little cleaner.

PERFECT SHORT GETAWAY

From booking to checking out, this was such an easy and fun experience. Julie communicates so well and is easy to get in touch with if needed. I didn’t need to, but she checked in periodically. The condo is so nice and was perfect for my short weekend visit!

Weekend beach trip

Condo was perfect for a weekend getaway. Had everything we found for cooking a meal. There were chairs and beach toys for the kids. The elevators were quick (unlike the higher condo around). The beach and pool was close and nice. So the little pool/beach shack snack bar we found the food to be very poor just our opinion.

Relaxing stay

Julie is awesome at communicating with you and quick to respond. The property is nicely positioned on the beach with a pool to enjoy when there is a double red flag. The condo has everything you need.
