Very run down. No idea how it had the best reviews of all the options but I also didn’t see the other options. Long story short, avoid staying in penguitch if you can.

Waited for the person at the desk for over 5 minutes because he was upstairs doing something else. The floor in the room was dirty. A weird smell in the hallway. Manager/ front desk was not very friendly. When checking out the staff never said a word to me and I told them to have a nice day when leaving. House next to the motel was very cluttered and several trash bags sitting out...

It was conveniently located near Bryce. The room was cramped. Two double beds really limited the usable space. The one bed was right against the heat/ac unit..probably not the safest thing. For the cost and the limited time we spent there it was acceptable ,having options for a single queen bed would make a world of difference

20 minutes from Bryce Canyon visitor center. Good price for what you get. Clean room. Property is dated. TV only had one channel. Manager tried to fix, but still only one channel.

Reviews did not match what we found, floors were dirty, especially the bathroom floor. There was no help at the front desk in the morning. Wanted to ask where the ice machine was, a note said it was outside the second door, went out the only "second" door at the end of the hall, no ice there. Although the mattress was good, the pillows were small and hard.

Good inn not too far from Bryce Canyon NP. The guy at the reception was very friendly and there’s a lot of available parking which is a big plus. The room itself was a bit outdated, but it was clean and had everything you needed. So no issue at all for us! I would recommend this to everyone.

The stairs had hand railing that was dryrotted so didn't want to use and get splinters.stairs very steep.air conditioner did not cool the room.pictures on website dont look like it really looks.water pressure in shower bad hard to rinse hair.not much greeting from receptionist .

This property is okay for a stop over, but is not professionally operated. Minimal housekeeping, yet envelope on chest for housekeeping tips. Might want to provide the service if you want a tip for it - just a suggestion. On the second night, the manager came into our room unannounced after we were asleep demanding our name because he forgot he switched our room upon check-in due to the toilet wouldn't flush in our first room. Why he had to wait until that time of night to find this out and not knock and wait for us to answer the door was upsetting. After confronting him the next day, I asked why he did that, and he said he had forgotten about the switch and we didn't answer the door that he had supposedly knocked on. Well, maybe because we were ASLEEP and the knock wasn't loud enough to hear over the AC unit! There was no secondary lock other than the deadbolt type, but apparently that's not a deterrent either. Definitely was not a good experience. This is bare bones accommodations that is convenient to the parks, but just don't expect much in the way of service with indignant professionalism.

You get what you pay for. Room was surface clean but the hallway and carpet appeared dirty. Holes in bathroom wall. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was very small for 2 double beds. This hotel needs a good cleaning and upgrade
