This is a very basic apartment hotel style accommodation. Pros: Price Clean enough Pool Convenient to grocery store and public transit Cons: NO WiFi in rooms, spotty WiFi in lounge Not a “walkable” location- need to take a bus or car to anything beyond the Lidl grocery store. Really overpriced bar and restaurant with terrible customer service *No eating or drinking your own food at the pool*- this was our biggest complaint, especially given the fact that it’s a self catering hotel and because of the above con. It was overall fine and the price point can’t be beat- but still we’d probably choose somewhere else next time.

The first things that dissatisfied me was that i paid extra money because i request to pay at the Hotel on my arrival. Instead of that they tried to get money from my Visa which i register for warranty. Second thing that i didn't like it was the breakfast which we paid for €6/person. They named it continental consisting of 2 pieces of bread 2 butter 1 marmalade 2 pieces of cheese and 3 pieces of ham. The surrounding environment flowers and trees of the appartment was in a bad condition. The garden of my appartment was full of weeds. The filters of swimming pool wasn't working on daily basis. They were cleaning the pool every 3 days. We paid extra for the air Condition which is unacceptable to pay extra for the a/c. They advertise free WiFi but it was not covering the rooms or swimming pool area except in reception area. The personell was friendly except the lady that was serving the breakfast was in a very bad mood and had an attitude towards customers every day. Hilltop Gardens Hotel will not be a place of choice for spending my holidays again.

Dear Customer, You did NOT pay extra so you can pay pay at the hotel, simply you did NOT book non-refundable which is cheaper. We did NOT try to get the money from your visa, but pre-authorize 7 days prior to your arrival as it is mentioned in the hotels policies, which we didn’t do after you had explained that you did not have the balance, we made the exception and did not cancel your booking which was within our policy rights and you paid at the hotel eventually. Reason for the pre authorization is to keep the booking within the cancellation policies. Below is our Bed & Breakfast Options. BED & BREAKFAST OPTIONS CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST Toast, Butter, Jam, Ham, Cheese and a Beverage S A N D W I C H E S CHEESE HAM CHEESE & HAM BACON OTHER OPTIONS Scrambled Eggs on Toast Beans on Toast (canned) Spaghetti on Toast (canned) PLUS Cereals, Tea, Coffee and Juice In front of your Patio you have a Jasmine Tree. Where you not in room C3? The pool is cleaned every day by a company “The Pool People”, Usually around 7.00 am, and records are kept. Pumps are running according to the need and judging of the professionals. A/C has extra charge and is also according to the prices of CTO, is very clearly stated in the Hotel Description. We DO NOT advertise free Wi-Fi in the rooms only public areas. We apologize for the barmaids attitude, and be sure that she will be spoken to. Have a nice remaining summer

Bathroom wasn't very clean. Low shower preassue. But condition is ok for the money they charge
