We have lived in Paphos for over 10 years and have a wealth of local knowledge and experience. We feel that many visitors are simply thrown into the deep end upon arrival at a property, with little or zero local knowledge. We are on hand personally to offer our help and experience as needed, as well as being able to offer our best personal recommendations gained over a decade of trial and error to help make your holiday truly special.

The house is furnished to a very high standard with all the conveniences you may need. The pool, gardens and resort are maintained impeccably.

We personally collect you from Paphos airport free of charge to ensure you are taken care of from the moment you arrive in Cyprus.

Detailed Description:

Aurora Villa is 20 minutes from Paphos airport with our complimentary transfer, midway between the sea and the renovated old town. It's on a small, attractive development of 35 houses and apartments and has a large pool with sun loungers. We are within easy walking distance of local sites, restaurants and shops. We get excellent reviews from our guests and have repeat bookings. The harbour has an old fort to explore & a wonderful archeological site with great mosaics & amphitheatre. If you choose to hire our car there is so much to see & do in Cyprus, (but because of our position, it's not essential). Driving on the left is easy & roads are not crowded. Paphos has a low crime rate and we are in a particularly low crime area, but we subscribe to a security service to give you peace of mind. We also provide a safe for your valuables.




Kitchen: The kitchen has a 4 ring electric hob and full sized cooker. There is a microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There's an ample supply of cutlery and crockery and we have plastic plates and glasses for outdoor use.

Living Room: The lounge/diner is a large room with a high ceiling. It has a ceiling fan, aircon and winter heating. There are 2 leather sofas with a coffee table; a laptop, plasma TV with DVD/CD player and lots of CD's and DVD's. It has a dining table & 4 chairs.


The bathroom has a bath/shower WC and wash basin. It has winter heating and a generous amount of storage.

On the ground floor there is a WC/cloakroom with wash basin. We provide a hair dryer.

Golf: There are 4 golf courses a short drive from Paphos including the fabulous Elea Golf Course which has a challenging Par 71 course, designed by the legendary Sir Nick Faldo. It incorporates numerous natural features and boasts stunning views of the Mediterranean. Google 'Golf courses in Paphos' for more information.

Additional Information: Notes on accommodation:
This development is ideal for children. Provided seniors can cope with stairs, it's also ideal for them as we're in a level area and it's an easy walk to restaurants and shops. It's a non smoking house, but with the warm weather, it's no problem to smoke outside. All utilities such as electricity, aircon and heating are included in the price. (some owners charge extra). We take 4 people and a baby and cots, high chairs and a welcome pack is a standard feature for all bookings.


Outside:
There is a good sized patio facing the pool with a garden table and large sun umbrella and 4 cushioned chairs. There is a small planted area with Bird of Paradise plants. The large shared swimming pool has sun loungers and we supply two mattresses for the loungers to make them more comfortable. The master bedroom also overlooks the pool and has a balcony with a table and 2 chairs.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly. We also provide beach towels. The house is cleaned at the start and end of your stay.

Other:
There is a communal, lockable pool room/changing room with toilets and showers.
