Payments/Refund Policy: 100% of the total cost of your reservation is due at the time of booking. As long as you cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your arrival time, you can get 100% refunded.
Taxes: All rates are "plus tax," which includes 6% Michigan Sales Tax.
Check-in/Checkout Policy: Check-in is anytime after 3pm. Checkout is by 10am. Please do not leave any food items or drinks in the fridge or freezer even if they are unopened...unless it's beer:)
We do not do daily cleanings for multi-night stays.
Courtesy: Loud music is not allowed at anytime, but after 10pm we have courtesy hours/quiet time Regardless of the time of day, please be respectful of your neighbor.
Smoking: There is no smoking indoors and a fee of $25 for any cigarette butt that does not make it into the ashtray/trash can.
Septic and Plumbing: Do NOT flush anything down the toilets other than toilet paper (no tampons, napkins, or paper towel). You will be responsible for any damages you cause to the septic.
Damages: You are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests. We understand accidents happen and just want to be notified when they do so that we can address them ASAP. If you notice that something isn't right, such as a slow flushing toilet or water leak, please tell us right away.

uch a lovely and spacious VRBO! And the area is serene and beautiful! We especially appreciated the host’s communication with us prior to arrival and their ability to be fluid with check in times due to the weather. The VRBO was clean and had everything we needed for our night between our up north travels!

Great for Family!

We had a great time staying here! It was so spacious. My two younger kids loved the bunk beds, and my teenager raved about how comfortable the sofa bed was. It was so nice to have a real bedroom for my husband and myself. Everything was very clean, the bathroom worked well for our family, and the kitchen was well stocked to make meals. The suggestions they had for the area were very helpful too. Highly recommend, we'll be back again!

Perfect place

This place is clean and perfect. Love the location because it was quiet and away from a busy town. It was a unique layout that was perfect and felt homey. . Close to Tahquamenon Falls and the lighthouse. We will definitely be staying there again when we are close
