Sunrise Bay Villa #1 - Charming Protaras Centre Getaway

Set just 100 metres from the amazing Fig Tree Bay Beach, and just minutes away from all amenities, these popular holiday homes are perfect for families and groups as this exclusive project set in an electric gated complex has six villas all next to each other.



The private swimming pool is of good size with a good size outdoor area with sunbeds and outside dining table and chairs and BBQ. Please note that the Gas BBQ has been replaced by charcoal traditional BBQ.



The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and leads into an open plan dining and living space with comfortable seating and a guest w/c, a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to multiple international channels provided for your entertainment.



The first bedroom is conveniently located on ground floor. It offers a large double bed, air-condition and bedside table.



First Floor



The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with designer décor, with double bed and en-suite shower overlooking the swimming pool and patio area.



The two further bedrooms are furnished with the same decor of cream and wood with modern designer roller blinds and colourful artwork of expressive oil paintings. One bedroom has a double bed and the other twin beds, both bedrooms share the family bathroom. An adjoining balcony offers a fabulous view of the swimming pool area. All the bedrooms have built in floor to ceiling wardrobes with ample space.

Perfect villa for family holiday

Excellent service from booking until departure from La Mer. The villa was perfect for our needs, beds were very comfortable and the air con was great. Super close to Fig Tree Bay and Zorbas 24 hr bakery. Already booked to stay again next year.

Protaras in October

Great location given the proximity to Fig tree bay, really useful for our young children. The management team were great and responded to all of our enquiries very quickly. The pool was a little cold but that is to be expected at this time of year so mainly swam in the sea :)

Very nice villa. Excellent location to the beach about 350 meters. Clean neat house, with all amenities, dishes, appliances. Clean excellent pool. Lots of flowers, which is very nice. Bra kommunikation med värdarna, snabb service, närhet till havet och gågata med många restauranger. Rent och fräscht. Rymliga utrymmen både inne och utomhus. Perfekt för vårt sällskap på 8 personer. Störande fester från närliggande hus, dock ej från Sunrise Bay villas.

Great location in terms of beach and amenities around you. Having Zorba by the sea within a minute walk is always great! There were a couple of issues when we arrived and they were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Staff were polite and responsive. We had a fantastic first holiday after 3yrs of pandemic. Minute from central of Protaras and beach. Clean and contemporary villa with lovely pool. The team at La Met were amazing - even helping on their day off - can not rate them more highly. This is in the centre of Protaras and is surrounded by other villas so there is likely to be noise at night. Thanks

Beatiful house...probably built around 1995-2000 but excellent maintained.People from Lamer was perfect.I.must say everything the best about Margaret...one very kind person and profesional in her job. The guys who maintained the pool and watering the plant was also perfect. If I mast say something...heater in the pool
