Kapiti Getaway is a large 5 bedroom, 2 living room house just a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to Paraparaumu Beach shops. You'll enjoy your own private swimming pool, spa pool, and a tennis court and pets are welcome.

This resort style holiday home offers total comfort with a touch of luxury for your next Kapiti Coast getaway.

We have a strict no parties policy unless by prior arrangement.

This Paraparaumu rental includes indoor/outdoor living over 2 levels. The modern and spacious living area is located upstairs, and flows onto generous decking with ample seating, a BBQ on hand, plus sea views! This bright, open living area is a good space to relax and entertain.

For a more formal dining option with a table that seats 12 in the dining room, or the modern kitchen is located downstairs, where you can enjoy the breakfast window seat position for laid back holiday brunches.

There are 5 bedrooms at this Paraparaumu accommodation, accommodating a maximum of 10 adults and 1 child. The large master bedroom is situated upstairs and is fitted with a queen bed. This bedroom opens onto the upper deck for summer stays, and includes a gas fireplace for extra comfort during cooler weather.

You will also find bedroom 2 situated upstairs, fitted with a double bed & single foldout bed. This bedroom opens onto the upper deck and includes a sink area for your convenience. The remaining 3 bedrooms at this Paraparaumu Beach holiday home are located downstairs each with a queen bed. One of these downstairs bedroom also had a foldout bed. When the two foldout beds are used the house sleeps a total of 12 people.

You will find the main bathroom downstairs at this Kapiti Getaway, plus an en-suite bathroom in the upstairs master bedroom.

To complete your resort style living, relax pool-side with an additional BBQ area and pool house. The fully furnished pool house provides an ideal set up for summer escapes with comfortable furnishings. Plus, your own private tennis court is on hand with racquets and tennis balls provided!

Enjoy this convenient location 2 minutes walk to the beach. You are just a 5 minute walk to shops and cafe's, and a short drive to the airport and shopping centre!

Great house, plenty of room, great amenities with most things provided. Lovely to have the option of the hot tub instead of the pool on rainy days! Just a nip across the road to the beach and a 10 minute walk to a playground, coffee shops great bakery and the choice of a few different restaurants with different cuisines. Great for a family trip! Beautiful views from upstairs and nice family dining area!

This was a wonderful venue for a family gathering that included teenagers and grandparents. The property is very spacious and everyone really enjoyed themselves. We made the most of the pool, spa pool, tennis court, and table tennis. Very close to the beach and the village. We would very happily stay again.

Beautiful stay! The home is so spacious with plenty things to do. Tennis, swimming in the pool or sunbathing, pingpong, relaxing in the cast iron bath with bubbles, enjoying the views from the upper rooms and balcony, there is also a spa pool which was enjoyed!The beach is a skip hop and a jump down the road so we also walked down to soak up the beautiful beach weather down there.Parking was perfect as you can drive to the front steps to unload luggage. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic family spot in Paraparaumu!We had such a relaxing stay at the accommodation The location was perfect — quiet, private, and close to everything. The pool and spa were a real highlight, as was the tennis court. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The host was warm and welcoming. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with great facilities.

We had a family group ranging from 2 yrs up to 70 yrs, everybody loved this property! The tennis court was great fun & well stocked with rackets & balls. The house was great & had everything we needed. Excellent location, so close to the beach. The pool would be great in summer, we intend to stay again & test it out! My only comment would be that the spa could do with a clean. Easy communication with the host, we’d happily stay here again

Our experience in this home was outstanding! The place was clean, minimal, and tidy.Instructions about location and entry was easy.The coffee machine was excellent and easy to use, the spa was hot and ready to go, the pool was clean and we could have gone for a swim but it was too cold.We were a group that had plenty of room to spread out - we enjoyed meals at the huge dining room table, and crafts at the other end. Loved the view from the upstairs lounge area.

Good house, exactly as the pics, lots of space, comfy beds, spa heated on arrival, warm bedding, great views from balcony and windows, dryer didnt seem to work properly as it would only spin with a couple pieces of clothing in it and not a full 5kg load.
