Friendly and Professional staff
Hotel staff were great and very professional, we arrived early to the hotel and even though we were not able to get our room that early the staff took and secured our luggage so we could enjoy Paris until it was time to check in. The room was clean, organized and very comfortable. The metro was a 10 minute walk from the hotel with several restaurants, pharmacies, “corner stores” on the way. The hotel had a self laundry service which was very helpful to us.
Overall, our family of 4 were very happy and comfortable with our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel provided both a security safe in the room and a key code to get into the building with staff members always available at the front desk.
The next time our family come to Paris we would not mind staying here again. We had a lot of fun here and even though we were dead tired from all the walking, running and exploring the city we knew once we made it to the hotel, we were home!
