- hoover, washing machine, ironing facilities, high chair and cot.
- Parking in the basement.

## Neighborhood

In this quiet and residential area, close to all shops, you can serenely enjoy, with your family or friends, the nearby Disneyland park: indeed, it will only take you 20 minutes to walk to the park entrance. For your shopping desires, two of the largest shopping centres in the Paris region are just a 1 minute walk from the flat: Val d'Europe and La Vallée Village. Finally, in 45 minutes, you can reach the centre of Paris and enjoy all its emblematic monuments.

From Disneyland Paris / Marne-la-Vallée Chessy TGV → 20 min on foot or 6 min by car
From CDG airport → 1h30 by transport or 45 min by car
