If you need a baby cot and a high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice), and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them. Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with applicable fees if any.
Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €150 is required via SWIKLY. It will be fully refunded after your stay in the absence of observed damages.
Additional Fees:

Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor after the stay: €450.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees ranging from €100 to €500 apply, depending on the type of key.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.
Be aware of construction work inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Avoid any unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.
