In the heart of Paris, at the entrance to the Marais district, a few steps from Bastille and Vosges Square. Charming 70 m² air-conditioned top-floor apartment with 3 small balconies. Very spacious 35 m² living area with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, two sofas, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, TV, broadband Internet. Very bright apartment with unobstructed views. Hairdryer, storage space and bed linen, towels and soap provided. Close to restaurants, bars and a metro station 50 meters away. There's an elevator in the building up to the 4th floor, then you have to take the stairs to the top floor.
This is our apartment, we are not professional renters and we offer our guests the same charming space we like to live in.
The neighborhood
The neighborhood is very lively, with many restaurants and bars nearby, and a metro station just 50 meters away. Place de la Bastille with the Opera is 100 meters away, and Place des Vosges is also 100 meters away. There's a bakery 10 meters from the building and a supermarket 50 meters away.
The apartment
This apartment is a superb place to stay for a group of four, located under the roofs of a 19th-century building. This bright, fully refurbished apartment is equipped with all the modern conveniences you need for your comfort.
The living room/kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There are also 2 comfortable sofas, 1 table for 4, cable TV, high-speed internet connection via WiFi, piano. The living room opens onto 3 small balconies with table and chairs.
The bedrooms
Both bedrooms have a 140x200 double bed and storage space for your belongings. Bed linen is provided.
The bathroom
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hairdryer for your use. Soap and towels are provided. The toilet is in a separate room. Important to note that the bathroom is situated on the edge of the appartment, you need to cross one bedroom to get there.
Access to apartment:
The entrance to the apartment is independent. You will be asked to take a selfie with your identity card in your hand, in the same photo. Once you've checked in, you'll receive instructions on how to collect the keys the day before, so you can make the most of your stay.
