Overall, a very good property. Great location (very close to a metro station - Line 7 Cadet) that allowed us to access most neighborhoods quite easily. The staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. The breakfast served at the hotel was more than adequate. We had a couple of reservations about the hotel. Our room was quite small and difficult to navigate because of the size. Also, the patrons and workers (and their extended family members) at the Asian restaurant across the street were quite loud when that establishment closed (2:00 a.m.), so were awakened not only by their extremely loud voices but also by their street side, cell phone conversations with others. If the street cleaners come at or around 6:00 a.m. (which they did), then the nuisance of being awakened by those associated with the restaurant became much more troublesome. You might want to ask for a room that does not face the street.

Great stay
We both enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was nice and seemed good value for the money we paid. The man on reception was extremely polite and helpful when I realised we packed the wrong travel adaptor and couldn't charge our phones. The hotel is very close to a metro station to get you around the city quickly.

A nice hotel in a convenient part of Paris. The room was clean and adequate, albeit slightly small. Friendly staff. We would go back.

Staff were great. Bed was comfortable. We chose it because of the convenience to where we wanted to be. Room small but ok. Nice closet. Metro close. Lots of doning options. Reasonable value during the Rugby World Cup. Warm and cozy room.
