Very bad avoid. Budget and normal is side by side

Just stayed one night. Not accurately described and no way the same as photos. In fact the same building and rooms as budget Ibis. Not clean or hygienic. AC - cold or heating was off and would be off we were told. Sun was beaming and it was so stuffy we were informed to just open windows at a building so high. The room and heat had also triggered my asthma. Moreover, if someone wants to commit suicide the Health and safety side is not prevented. Just open the windows and leap to the faith. Haven't seen a hotel like this. No complimentary water. When thirsty we went down to the bar it was shut and they only accepted cash on the vending machines. We were asked to go to the nearest open place and when we did that was also closed. Went to an ATM and chased out. Asked for change from the reception none was given. Ended up drinking tap water. Night staff do not even speak or understand english. Awful and appalling. The thirst was so bad that it could’ve resulted in very bad circumstances.

This was by the worst hotel I have ever been to. I cut my stay in Paris short because I was so disappointed by this accommodation. Hair in the towels and bathroom. I couldn’t move in hotel room literally.

ok business hotel

nice lobby with big tv - ok breakfast. The area is not great but is close to transport links.The toilet was seperate from teh bathroom and quite small but the shower was good at least.

Very poor

Booked a family room with my 5 month old baby, when I booked a crib was essential and when I asked for one they did not have one. My baby had to sleep in my bed with me, NOT safe sleeping. No bath which I requested. Location was good and breakfast was brilliant. NO SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES AT ALL!!

Ok hotel close to metro

All round ok hotel apart from it only having a shower even tho when booking the hotel I looked in the description to make sure it had a bath and was very disappointed when arriving to find that there wasn't one. After speaking to reception they said they couldn't do anything until the morning when the manager arrived ever tho they have a 15 minute policy to rectify or give a compromising solution. I spoke to the manager in the morning and they said they couldn't action anything and that I would have to email someone higher within the company.
