Disliked: Cleanliness
I have never had a worse experience. Or even close. The place had not been cleaned when we arrived hours after check in time. No one had told us it was still dirty. A cleaner was sent who did an extremely poor job. Filthy bed. Filthy bathroom. Dirty wet towels. Dirty dishes. We did not stay here. Trying to get a refund now. Extremely disappointed in the host and in VRBO.
