Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a shower room;
Please note that access to the living room from the bedroom must be via the shower room, and vice versa.
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a lounge with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Fan, Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment is well appointed. It is located:
- in front of a laundromat;
- near the metro "Rue Saint-Maur";
- 50 m from a "Monoprix" supermarket (open until 11pm) for your small everyday purchases.

## Emplacement
The 11th arrondissement of Paris extends from the places of the Bastille to the Nation and the Republic squares. Far from being uniform, it is homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experiment.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, with numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, and hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon which drains a continuous stream of travelers to the center.
