This fully equipped studio is two blocks away from the very trendy rue de bretagne at the filles du calvaire metro station, line 8. it is located at the second level (third American) of a XIX century elegant building with no elevator and opens south with three large windows on a planted and large courtyard. consequently absolutely no street noise. It is 30 square meters or around 300 square feet.

The studio consists of a main room with a full size comfortable queen size bed ( 160 * 200 cm or 64 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with Italian shower and a basin, a fully equipped kitchen with a combined washer and drier and a separate toilet. there are plenty of closets, a table for two and a desk.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than five minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro hubs easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just everywhere in paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 15 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.

The area is residential with a large variety of cafes and restaurants. In the same block there is a large supermarket ( carrefour market).

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm.
