I had the most amazing experience staying in Relais Du Louvre while my 10 days trip in Paris. All the front staff are so friendly and warm. The hotel has easy access to all the attraction in Paris, you will never be disappoint! I love how clean the hotel is with classic vibe. I would stay there again when I go to Paris in the future. I seldom write my comments for any hotels, but Relais Du Louvre had given me the most warm welcome during my stay. Don't hesitant to book it!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel, which claims to offer high-class service but failed to ensure even basic guest security. Upon check-in, I was informed by the front desk that I could not take the room key with me when leaving, as they only had one available. I respected their policy, left the key with them, and went out for dinner. When I returned, a man (not the receptionist I dealt with earlier) handed me the key. To my shock, when I entered my room, I found my bag open. I immediately checked and discovered that $900 was missing. I had left the room locked, and only hotel staff had access to the key. This is unacceptable. I trusted this establishment with my belongings, only to be robbed. I am in the process of filing a police report and will take all necessary legal steps to identify and hold accountable those responsible. I strongly caution anyone considering this hotel: your security and valuables may not be safe here.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Friendly and knowledgeable with recommendations. Downside unable to charge devices during our stay- staff didn't have a solution other than to let us charge downstairs in lobby at midnight. Assisted with transportation to and from airport but driver went to the wrong hotel from airport. We had to google and walk to the hotel from where he stopped. Both drivers only took cash despite us asking beforehand so driver stopped at ATM at 4am to make us get cash.

A colossal museum! I suggest two days...the first viewing on your own to relish in its glory; then on the second day hire a guide to give you the scoop and see everything you may have missed that youvwanted to see.
