Superbe séjour à Paris ! Appartement idéalement situé et agencé, je recommande.

La location s’est trĂšs bien dĂ©roulĂ©e du dĂ©but Ă  la fin. RĂ©servation simple et sĂ©curisĂ©e, check in et check out sans le besoin de rencontrer quelqu’un et superbe appartement dans Paris.

The apartment is small, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable base in Paris. The biggest highlight is definitely the central location—we were within easy walking distance of so many sights, restaurants, and metro stops, which made exploring the city simple and fun. Perfect spot if you’re looking for a place to sleep and relax after a day out sightseeing. No AC but we didn’t need it.

Excelente ubicación, pero el baño estaba algo dañado, la puerta no funcionaba bien. Muy chico para 4 personas, y la comunicación con el host algo dificultosa. Puedes caminar a la Torre Eiffel y diversas paradas de camiones y trenes.

honestly I would love to give you a good review but I can't. First everything I read in the reviews that you have is true but the saddest thing is to see that you have not done anything to improve it despite the comments, the bathroom has mold, there is not even a cutlery, spoon, fork or knife, the TV doesn’t work. The sheet had a hole! The pillows are old, hard and smell horrible...one of the chairs that was in the closet was broken, you get a very bad musty smell. In reality, there are many details missing that if you took them into account and improved them, you would do much better! The location is perfect and it is the only thing that is worth it, and I am infinitely grateful to have a roof that sheltered us and welcomed us warm from the cold. but please listen or read people!!

Do not stay here

We ended up staying one night only and then leaving and booking another apartment. The room was not as advertised, and the beds were awful and dirty and we have pictures to show it. We also could not find any cutlery to use. We asked to discuss the apartment with the management but no response.

Compact apartment close to Eiffel Tower

My two boys and I had a lovely visit to Paris staying in this apartment. We enjoyed the nearby bakery, restaurants, fruit market, pharmacy, and short walk to the metro. Neighborhood is not too loud. Of the restaurants we sampled, Gloria was our favorite. Our overall experience of the apartment was very good, but not quite superior. First, the payment link did not work properly. I figured out how to access the listing in Room4me but it was cumbersome and had a few back and forth messages with the property manager and sent a screenshot before she was able to verify my payment. On arrival, I called and was permitted to leave my luggage in the apartment even though it had not been cleaned yet and was not yet ready for me. Check in was very easy. The apartment has a nice IKEA dishware. We did not use the stove, hot water heater, or washing machine. Fridge and microwave worked well. TV did not work, but we didn’t miss that. Once we turned attempted to turn it on, I could not get it to completely turn off so I had to inplug it to sleep. Shower is a rain shower, and soap/shampoo/conditioner was ready with fresh towels in the closet. Cleaning supplies were left in the cabinet and on the windowsill of the bathroom. Bed kept sliding to one side so we had to fix it each night. That said, we slept well and were generally comfortable. Except the mosquitos in June which loved the feet of my children. So cons are few and mildly annoying. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment.

I would stay here again!

The location is fantastic, situated on a quiet street within a quiet building. The apartment is around the corner from a grocery store, pharmacy, a couple of bakeries, a few wine stores, cheese shop, macroon shop, a butcher, produce shops and several restaurants of which I would recommend Les Cocottes and Comptoir des Fables. If you want to have cocktails, I would recommend Gatsby and Fitzgerald (restaurant with a speakeasy) both of which are a few minutes walk from the apartment. The only knock on the apartment was having to run the vacuum and clean the kitchen countertop and sink. Oh, and the TV didn't work. Which others have mentioned as well. Amenities available but not listed was a washer/dryer and a couple of fans which came in handy.

The studio was quaint and welcoming. It's located nearby basically everything you could possibly need. It's maybe a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and metro. It's surrounded by a handful of bakeries, several restaurants, grocery stores and markets, etc. The property itself was charming and we always felt safe. It did not look quite as pictured, however. In full transparency, the couch was a completely different one, as well as the comforter, no bedside lamps (although the large stand up one was moved nearby). As a positive, the bed was larger than a double but as a massive negative, it had black mold halfway down the side of the mattress closest to the window. The shower had pink mold on the walls. There wasn't a fitted sheet on the bed, so not only did it wad up throughout the night, the mold was left fully exposed. The mattress also continually shifted and did not stay in place, leaving one or the other continually feeling like we were falling off (most likely because the mattress size was upgraded but the base wasn't). We also did not see a dishwasher, as was listed. We had to sweep or continually brush things off our feet. Overall, the place is very charming and in a great location. It just needs a little TLC in the cleaning department.

Great location and great space

I wish we could have stayed longer. The area has everything you need almost at your doorstep - grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, 5 minutes to the Eiffel Tower and still quiet enough for sleep. The apartment has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and a good size for two people. Everything was clean. We did not receive our code to get into the apartment. I sent a message and then went for dinner and was contacted while we were at dinner and there were absolutely no problems after that. I would stay here again.
