Halfway between Albi and Toulouse, between Gaillac and Lavaur, this single-story gîte, set on a farm, offers a perfect opportunity to explore the Tarn and its rich terroirs. Ideally located near the A68, it provides easy access to Toulouse ("La Ville Rose"), the Pays de Cocagne, the Gaillac vineyards, and the region's historic bastides. Designed for two guests, this adjoining gîte charms with its friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts, Hubert and Annette, are passionate about their region and always available to offer local travel tips or direct you to the best Gaillac wine producers for a memorable tasting. If you're curious about farm life, Hubert will be delighted to guide you behind the scenes of the farm. Upon entering, you’ll find a bright and functional living area, combining a fully equipped kitchenette and a cozy lounge corner. The bedroom, furnished with a comfortable 140x190 cm double bed, also features a television. Adjacent to it, a modern shower room and WC complete the space. To ensure comfort in all seasons, the gîte is equipped with reversible air conditioning, both in the main living space and the bedroom, as well as WiFi access. One of the gîte’s highlights is its covered terrace, a true outdoor living space, perfect for enjoying both sunny mornings and mild evenings. Furnished with a garden lounge and a barbecue, it opens onto a green outdoor area, offering peace and relaxation.
