We are very happy to find this wonderful little home in Park City and hope to return next year for our annual ski trip. The location is awesome, just a block away from a Main Street. We could walk for 7 min to the transit center where are all busses stop. The house is small but really nice equipped, it is perfect for 2 but definitely could accommodate 4 people: mattresses are comfortable, kitchen and two bathrooms are perfect and private jacuzzi on a balcony is a really nice addition. Thank you,Beau, to have us in your wonderful home!

Perfect Couple Getaway

We spent a weekend in this property. Almost never had to drive anywhere because it's right at the top of Main street. Everything was as advertised on the listing and is was everything we'd hoped for.Some reviews warned about noise and light at night. We brought our white noise machine and had no problems at all. There is a small amount of light that is let in at night, so if you like perfectly black sleeping consditions, you will need to consider that.The space is perfect for 2 people, and seems like it could easily accomodate 4 with no trouble. The bed in the upstaris is massive, and we both had no trouble with it or the linens.The dedicated hot tub is not shared with other properties. It is nearly complete privacy. Only a few neighbors could possibly see.The host was great, sent us a message before arrival calling out a minor issue with the downstairs fireplace, but also had a backup solution in place before we got there.Highly recommended for couples or up to 4 people.

Amazing location next to Main St in Park City

We had a really enjoyable stay, place was exactly as described, clean, cute decor, and great upstairs master with hot tub that was well maintained and functioned perfectly. The location is just in the heart of old Park City restaurants, well equipped and comfortable, everything we wanted for our off peak stay.

A friend and I stayed here for two nights, it was even better than expected! Adorable inside and incredible location.Only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the noise. It was so loud at night that it was difficult to sleep. I would advise bringing earplugs to sleep and/or a white noise machine.Communication was amazing with check in questions and every amenity needed was there. We also appreciated the luggage pickup and delivery service recommended. It was a game changer!I would definitely stay at a Staylux property again

Wonderful cottage

This little cottage was well located at the top of Main Street and perfect for a couple. It was clean, modern, cozy, and had a great little hot tub on the back deck. The included parking space right next to the unit was very nice to have. There was some noise from trucks and nearby establishments, but being city dwellers, it didn’t bother us. The only minor bummer was the early 10am checkout. The property manager was kind enough to extend it, but only until 10:50. It seems there is not much flexibility, even if there’s no one checking in after you.

This house was perfect for a long weekend of mt biking. Hot tub and Nespresso machine, what more could you want! Cute little house, walkable to all that is downtown Park City. Comfortable king size bed upstairs, cute kitchen downstairs. Living room is cozy. Actually found the loft with couch and tv in the bedroom more comfortable. The kitchen oven is a bit finicky, but StayLux was super responsive to help. Gave 4 stars on check in process only because it is a lock box and not a door code lock. I couldn't get the lock box open so was a bit frustrating. Even a parking spot for one car. thanks for a great stay!

Salt Lake Fishing Trip

We had the most amazing trip. The home is adorable and so quaint. It is right on Main Street within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. You have your own parking which is amazing. The owner stocks the home with simple things like coffee/sweeteners/spices so you don’t have to run to the store the minute you get there. Everything has been nicely upgraded.

Fun property close to Main Street

Great location steps from Mainstreet! Easy to find, parking space right next to property. Beau with Stayluxe properties was so accommodating, answering our questions and making sure we had coffee and water. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after paddle boarding at the Jordanelle Reservoir. Would stay again!

Tiny house with big charm!

Charming, yet modern, little home in the heart of Park City just steps from Main Street. You could not ask for a better location! We did not want for anything. Hot tub is a real plus after a day of hiking or biking. One of the best meals we had was literally a walk across the street. Will definitely be back!!

Location, Location, Location, and Comfort

This was my first time staying near downtown Park City so I wanted something that allowed me to walk to all of the amazing restaurants and bars and shops of PC and to feel as if I am right in the middle of it all, without being in a hotel. This house did not disappoint and when I say you are in the middle of it all, I mean, you walk out your door and you are on Main Street, Park City. The location is second to none. However, the place itself is pretty amazing as well, with gas fireplaces that provide more heat than you could ever need. The hot tub was nice to use in the cold evenings. This house is perfect for a couple wanting to have a romantic stay in Park City or anyone who just wanted to get away for a long or short stay. When I come back to PC, I will definitely stay in this house again if available. Don't get frustrated by the European Lock / Door Handle Process for locking. Once you get the hang of it, you will have no frustrations especially as you are easily able to walk right out your door to any bar or shop and easily come back to your own sanctuary...... everything is a 5-minute walk so you can just park your car in your own spot and have fun. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze and the Property Manager was easy to contact and communication was seamless. Thanks again!

Perfect place to stay if you want to easily access the town lift to the slopes, shop and catch a show at the Egyptian Theatre. Easy 10 minute down hill walk to the town lift. Takes a little longer at the end of the day uphill but still no big deal especially for a long weekend couples get away. Management company extremely kind and helpful. Home super cute, updated and well decorated.

Excellent property in Old Town PC

Rented this super cute house for a ski trip with my husband. We visit PC regularly but have never stayed in Old Town to ski. This is a fantastic location and accessible to all shops, restaurants and fun on Main Street. The home has been remodeled perfectly and is very well appointed. Description by owners was on point. The walk to the Town lift takes about 10 minutes. Rent your skis near the lift for storage. The hot tub was wonderful to have and the parking spot is a bonus if you have a car. Highly recommend this property and would absolutely rent again. Thanks so much. Also…those old wood floors are fantastic!

Cutest house in downtown Park City

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home located in downtown Park City. The location was outstanding, everything was very walkable. Have a private hot tub on the porch was just awesome. Very spacious upstairs bedroom with a king size bed. We absolutely love this cute little house perfect for a little getaway. The check-in process was seamless and they were very communicative. I highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Park City and next time we are there will definitely choose to stay here.

Great place right in downtown

Great space! Comfy bedding, spa super clean and private, romantic fireplaces even though they're electric. Perfect location, parking for friends across the street. Few min drive to deer valley or walking distance to downtown lift and busses to deee valley. Will stay again when I return!
