The Space:

Indulge in the ultimate mountain escape at Abode at Alpine Penthouse, a stunning sixth-floor residence located within the Hyatt Centric at Canyons Village. This expansive 2,700-square-foot condo features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Designed as a sophisticated home away from home, the property offers premier ski-in, ski-out access and world-class resort amenities, making it the perfect launchpad for alpine adventures in any season.



The grandeur of the penthouse is immediately apparent in the double-height great room, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Wasatch Mountains. Guests can gather around the stately hearth fireplace on plush seating, enjoy a cocktail from the wet bar at the poker table, or prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen. With dining seating for 10, a four-seat breakfast bar, and multiple private balconies for morning coffee with a view, there is ample space for your entire group to dine and relax in style.



Sleeping arrangements consist of four luxurious suites, each offering a private, spa-like experience. The master suite features a king bed, a gas fireplace, and an ensuite bath with a deep soaking jetted tub. The second suite provides a cozy king bed, while the third suite offers two queen beds, a private balcony, and its own wet bar. The fourth suite is a fantastic retreat for children or groups, featuring two twin-over-king beds and a set of twin bunks, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to recharge for the next day's activities.



Beyond the penthouse doors, guests enjoy full access to Hyatt Centric amenities, including a ski valet, heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and a game room. One secure garage parking spot is provided, though the complimentary seasonal shuttle and Park City transit system make exploring Historic Main Street and Deer Valley Resort effortless. Located just steps from the Sunrise ski lift and surrounded by the vibrant shops and restaurants of Canyons Village, this penthouse offers extravagant convenience and luxury.



*Sunrise Gondola is currently under construction and is impacting road traffic, access to the resort and residences will be maintained but slightly impacted.

*Sunrise Lift is operated by Vail Resorts, weather dependent and subject to Vail’s opening date.

**Please note, Hyatt Centric requires a $40 + tax resort fee per night. The Hotel will collect this fee upon check-in and guests will be responsible for payment directly to the Hotel. The Resort Fee includes: Pool access, fitness center access, internet access, amenity upkeep and unit keys regardless of guest use.
