Great Spot in Deer Valley

This was the best place we’ve stayed in, in Deer Valley. It was perfect for our family of 4, but you could definitely fit more people. We had plenty of space and it was a convenient location to the mountain and easy to get to town. The management company was great
very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely go back!

Leak in master bedroom drenched the bed - two days in a row. Very frustrating. Had to sleep in a bunk bed vs a master king. Not good...

Nice condo, great location, but also a few areas for improvement

First of all, this was a nice condo in a great location. The condo was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Amenities like shampoo, conditioner, detergent were provided which was nice. We had plenty of paper products, trash bags, dish soap, etc. The property manager was awesome and very responsive, which was nice. We did have a few hiccups, though. The door lock (key code style) would randomly not lock, but a call to the manager was followed with a quick visit from a very nice maintenance worker and new batteries which solved the problem. We had a lot of trouble with the fireplace, and kept having to relight the pilot light, hold the pilot light button for several minutes at time to keep it from going out. It finally became so much trouble that we quit using the fireplace. (Management tried to help us, but we were unable to get it to work consistently.) My biggest issue was probably that the rugs were full of dog hair which made me wonder if the condo had been vacuumed. I first noticed white dog hair all over the rug under the kitchen table. Luckily there was a vacuum in the unit, so I used it to vacuum the rug. Then, later that first day, I picked up my son's black wool hat that had been lying on the rug in the living room, and the hat was covered in white dog hair. At this point, I vacuumed the whole unit, including the bedrooms. Hopefully some communication with housekeeping will remedy this situation in the future.

Great condo in Deer Valley

We had a great stay at this condo in Deer Valley. It was well equipped, perfectly located, comfortable, clean and cozy. Our family of five and an uncle enjoyed the condo unit. The hot tub was a popular place after long days of spring skiing. We had a fantastic dinner next door at the brass tag inside of the Lodges. The drive to DV parking lot was easy and convenient. The property manager team was quick to respond to questions and had the unit completely ready for us upon arrival. Being on the ground floor is a big advantage with the altitude after visiting friends that were staying in another place on a third floor. Very tiring going upstairs out in Utah but not at this condo thankfully due to being located on ground floor. We highly recommend this perfect three bedroom/two bath condo unit on the ground floor. Kudos to the owners.

Family weekend

We enjoyed our weekend at this lovely condo ! All adults . Kitchen is super well stocked. Games left for us but also found games in coffee table cabinet. Perfect location for deer valley only a 15 min walk .

Great Family Ski Vacation

Loved this condo and location. It was was outfitted very well with many cooking utinsels , spices, soaps, laundry detergent, sundry items, family games, etc... Very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was great to enjoy after skiing. My only complaint is dinning table chairs could have been more comfortable, but not a big deal.

The condo is well equipped and perfectly located. We had 6 people and with a bunk room could have easily added two more. We come to deer valley 2-3 times a year and will definitely return to this property.
