Abode at Queen Esther is located a convenient three quarters of a mile from Snow Park Lodge and just two blocks from the free city-wide shuttle route. Resting in a particularly peaceful area of Deer Valley, this abode boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms making it a perfect choice for a big family or group of friends vacationing together.

Lofty ceilings, soaring windows, and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace set the scene for the perfect mountain getaway. A delightful custom stained glass window is the crown of the living room along with the breathtaking views of the snowy slopes. There's room for everyone to get cozy on the oversized sofa and relax with their beverage of choice.

Beautiful granite surfaces line the spacious, well equipped kitchen where the cook of the group can whip up a hot, home cooked meal to feed a hungry crew. Enjoy the meal together at the sleek eight seat countertops while recounting the tales of the day.

After all that fun and fresh mountain air, relax into your private hot tub and just enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the Rocky Mountain vibe. When it's time to get a good night's rest guests can retreat to the sanctuary of one of the five bedrooms. The master bedroom with its king size bed and en-suite bath features an oversized shower with another beautiful, custom stained glass window. Two more rooms on the top level offer queen options. A fourth bedroom on the garden level features a queen bed, and the final spacious bedroom, a roomy captain's bunk with a queen mattress on the bottom and double on the top. The bunk room is also large enough to gather the whole gang on the comfy extra long sofa that is perfect for watching movies or playing games.

Only a short walk away, the city-wide complimentary shuttle gives you easy access to explore all the delights Park City has to offer. After a day roaming historic Main Street or showing off your skills on the slopes, head over to Snow Park Lodge – less than a mile from Queen Esther – for some relaxing aprùs-ski time! This delightful getaway spot is truly fit for a queen!

6 skiers Location is great plenty of room. Deer Valley Transit to Ski slope is excellent. Pickup at your door. This is an older home that could use an upgrade. Just little things, hot tub turned off once reset worked fine. Could use more places to hang towels especially in lower level. Few of the appliances were not working, would be good to clean windows.

Convenient and clean

Four colleagues and I used this VRBO for its location/convenience to Deer Valley for a conference we had in the area. Accommodations were clean and comfortable for us all to work from after our day-long conference near the mountain. Check in and check out were easy, and the property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend to others. The garage fits one SUV comfortably. Additional, uncovered parking located at the end of the driveway, which we utilized since we had 3 4wd SUVs.

Family ski trip to Deer Valley

Perfect location! Down the street from Deer Valley and minutes away from Park City’s Main Street. After getting over the holiday pricing, we enjoyed our time and the condo was perfect for 8 adults and two children. Deer Valley was amazing! The Adobe team was extremely responsive with all our questions.

Great way to stay & play!

This was the perfect property for a ski trip in Deer Valley & Park City. The property is spacious and well appointed. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a bathroom which was important to us. There is also a spacious bunk room with lots of extra sleeping space but we used it to stage our ski outerwear so that we could all get geared up before walking straight out to the garage for the 2 minute drive to Snow Park Lodge. We also skied Park City one day as well. We did this by grabbing our skis out of free storage at Snow Park Lodge in the morning & from there taking the 101 shuttle over to Park City. This property has a wonderful kitchen & living area perfect for eating in with the whole group. The 5 minute drive to Main Street makes eating out easy as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything You Could Ever Want

Super responsive and impeccable communication from pre-check-in to Check-out. Every amenity was included in this magnificent condo in the perfect PC location! Great place in PC, well appointed and amazing views. More space than we needed but who complains about that! We were in town with 4 other families, this became the go to for communal gatherings due to the large living area. Most of our friends were amazed at the size and amenities eventhough they were just a few houses down. Undoubtedly would stay here again!

Queen Esther family ski trip

Enjoyed our stay in the Queen Esther property. Plenty of room for 2 families and felt space was well described and accurate. Easy walk to end of the driveway for DV shuttle pick up so we didn’t have to rely on public bus which was insanely packed this holiday week. DV shuttle app was so easy to arrange pick up at condo or Snow Park base within minutes. Hot tub area is covered but not connected to the interior which was wonderful so we didn’t have the chlorine smell common for indoor hot tubs. Had a few repair needs during the stay to the hot water and to the fireplace and request for replacement propane tank for the grill. Abode responded very quickly and solved any issue within a few hours of the request. Would definitely recommend this property and Abode management.

The place needs some updating. I had to call maintenance for four nights for various items: hot tub, jacuzzi bath, etc. Disappointed in having to deal with these issues.

Spacious and convenient

Spacious and very convenient to the bus. Best price we could find for a four bedroom house. View is spectacular. The unit is in serious need of upgrading and repair. Little things like broken shutters, drawer fronts broken off, cracked bathroom tiles. But if you are looking for a comfy house that can accommodate a large family, this is the place.

Needs renovations and upkeep

Ok, we were warned this property was not renovated but still disappointed. On arrival, we were told hot tub was broken by previous occupant, and a part was ordered to fix it. Main reason we picked this property was for the hot tub. Not fixed until day 6 of our 1 week stay, and problem was with pump unit in garage, so I don't think it had anything to do with previous renter. Abode said the delay was because it was a New Year's holiday, but still not fixed days later. Also, Spa repair guy indicated the problem had been going on for some time... Small things were also bothersome. No garage door openers provided, so you had to get in and out of the car in the snow and cold to open or shut garage door from panel. Almost every wooden blind in the unit had one or two broken slats which were hanging down, and the tv on a floor stand was a mess of cords, with other outlets missing their face plates. The master bathroom had a very unusual spa tub/shower which was elevated high above the floor of the bathroom. You had to climb 3 very narrow ceramic steps to enter, which of course are very slippery when wet, and had worn out partial traction strips glued on top which were completely ineffective. This is actually a serious fall waiting to happen. Finally, the property is managed by Abode, who were not the easiest to get in touch with. When we booked the property, we were surprised by a very large cleaning fee for one time cleaning at the end of our stay, about twice what we paid when we rented a different Queen Esther unit in the spring, and that unit included a midweek cleaning. We were also charged a resort fee which they said was standard but we have never been charged that with other rentals in Park City in the 6 years we have been coming, and there was certainly no resort amenities to enjoy. Not sure what was up with that! We also were charged a damage waiver - When I tried to get a copy of what this damage waiver covered, I got no response from Abode despite multiple attempts. On the bright side, Abode did let us store our luggage in the garage while the unit was being cleaned prior to our arrival, and as compensation for the broken hot tub allowed us to have a late 7 pm checkout since we were taking the red eye home.
