TRUE Ski-in/Ski-Out at the PARK CITY BASE of Park City Mountain Resort at the Mountain Village Base. Located in Silver Mill House at Resort Plaza Condominiums just steps from 5 Chair Lifts. THE BEST LOCATION. Ticket Windows, Crescent & Payday lifts are just outside our door! Ski School is just a few steps away with First Time Chair a short slide down the gentle slope.



We have TWO LARGE ACTUAL BEDROOMS with doors – not just an upstairs loft as a 2nd bedroom. Perfect for couples & families!



Please Note 4 NT MIN. during Ski Season - sometimes a longer stay is required during holidays (unless filling a hole between bookings), 2 NT MIN. during Summer. (Yes, we have Air Conditioning).



OWNER REQUIRES RETURN OF SIGNED RENTAL DOCUMENTS WITHIN 48 HOURS IN ORDER TO FINALIZE RESERVATION.

Large KING BEDROOM with KING BED, private FULL BATH with tub and shower, Flat Screen TV, Roku, Ceiling Fan, Outdoor Balcony overlooking Plaza, & Hotel-Style Wall Safe. Large SECOND BEDROOM has TWO QUEEN BEDS, Flat Screen TV, Roku, Ceiling Fan, and private FULL BATH with tub and shower.



Spacious Living Room has Two Sofas (one is a Queen Sofa Bed), Outdoor Balcony, & Beautiful Stone Gas Log Fireplace, Smart TV with Cable and Roku (bring your logins), and Ceiling Fan. We also provide a twin Inflatable Air Mattress with an electric pump and bedding, for flexibility in sleeping arrangements.



Indoor/Outdoor Heated Pool and hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, and showers located in a nearby building in the Plaza. Note: The pool, hot tubs, and fitness center (of course, not the showers, locker rooms, nor saunas) and garage may have an active security camera. Owner has no control over these cameras as these common areas are managed by another management company.



Restaurants, Bars, Shopping & Ski Rentals are JUST OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR and it is only a half a mile walk or free bus ride to Main St.



œ Mile (6.5 blocks) from HISTORIC MAIN STREET in Old Town - Walk or take the free bus. The bus will also take you to Deer Valley, Canyons Village Base Area, Olympic Park & other locations.



Free fiber optic WIFI, plus 3 Flat Screen HDTVs with cable and ROKU streaming devices. (Bring your own logins.) CD/DVD player and FAMILY MOVIES.



Step off the Slopes for lunch back at the Condo. Our FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN has all you need to make & serve Awesome meals, including a crock pot, waffle iron, coffee grinder, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, ice maker, hand mixer, blender, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with water and ice in door, disposal, and dishwasher.



Although no car is necessary with our location, one FREE PARKING PASS is provided upon request for the adjacent PARKING GARAGE at The Lowell. Please note: There are a limited number of spaces on level 1 of the garage which have a max height of 6'11". Levels 2 and 3 require a vehicle no taller than 6' nor longer than 18' due to access via a car elevator. If your vehicle is an extra-large SUV or extra-large truck or is an oversized vehicle and will not fit in the available spaces, you may need to find parking (at your own expense) elsewhere. We recommend bringing nothing larger than a mid/intermediate-size SUV.



This is TRULY a SKI-IN, SKI-OUT location at The Park City Base of Park Mountain City Resort. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent ski in ski out location!

This property is right at the base of the mountain, and could not be more convenient for renting equipment, access to the mountain, and access to restaurants, shops and shuttle service. It is a perfect location if you do not want to rent a car, the shuttles are so convenient to be able to get downtown or go out to eat. We loved staying here.

Great condo in a great location close to the slopes, restaurants, shops and easy access to the bus to get all around Park City. Our family had a wonderful stay and we were supported with helpful info on everything from our wonderful host.

Great Location

Belinda's place is in a great location to all things Park City. You can walk out the door and find hiking trails within 15 minutes. Main Street is an easy walk from the condo where you find restaurants and shops. The condo was great for 4 adults. Would stay there again.

Great Location!

The location of this property was perfect for us traveling with our toddler and infant. It was steps away from the mountain and ski school as well as shops and food. The free shuttle to downtown was perfect and we didn't have to worry about loading carseats and strollers in an uber. The condo had everything we needed in it and the owner was wonderful to work with.

Location, Location, Location!

You can't beat the location! Ski Rentals literally downstairs, mere steps from the slopes, walkable or easy Uber into town for dinner. Condo owner would check-in to make sure everything was going well. Entire family very pleased with overall experience.

Perfect family ski trip

Great location and perfect for a family of five. Ordered groceries on instacart that were easily picked up. Kitchen had everything we needed. Also, the close proximity to the park city shuttles were awesome to get to downtown quickly. What a great family memory

Perfect

This is the best rental we have stayed in at Park CIty. The location can’t be beat. The condo is bigger in person than the pictures portray. Stocked with everything you might need. Belinda Simile was a fantastic communicator. We are already looking to book next year!

Very convenient.

Very convenient to the ski slopes. Public transportation very, very close and well run and on time. condo was well kept. Lavatory sink was almost plugged and needed attention. Very nice property.

Amazing Location

We had an amazing time in Park City- and part of that was the location of the condo to the lifts, stores and restaurants. I can't say it enough LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! Very clean, and plenty of room for the four of us! We will absolutely be returning. Belinda our host could not be more helpful- instructions and all responses were very clear and prompt.

Beautiful condo in an unbeatable location!

This was our second time staying at this condo, and it was just as perfect as it was the first time. Very comfortable for our family of five, and just 50 feet away from the ski school and rentals, 100 yards from the closest lift! If you don’t want to lug your kids’ skis, helmets, boots (and the kids as well), this location can’t be beat! The condo is very comfortable, nicely furnished, with all the amenities you could want.

Fun stay

It was very difficult to find the property since there was hardly anybody to ask and the office was closed. A better map might help. Other than that the place was awesome.

Third Time

Our third time staying at this apartment. Very clean, spacious and well appointed. Close to ski school, PayDay lift, rentals. Owner and management company communicate clearly and respond quickly when needed. Buses to Main St are steps away and convenient. Area around the apartment is bustling with skiers / snowboarders, nearby live music, etc during the day and nice and quiet in the evening.

Beautiful condo, great access to slopes

Belinda made it easy. Everything was ready when we arrived Finding the right parking garage was challenging in the dark, even with directions. Having all the codes in a single list was very helpful. We look forward to going back.

The BEST Location for Skiing

We were only steps away from the Payday lift. Very convenient to take breaks throughout the day. The condo was fully stocked with all the necessities. We caught free shuttle to Fresh Market to load up on groceries. Again, very convenient. Very nice furnishings, comfy beds, etc. We had two teens with us and they had a lot of privacy as their bedroom was separate from the main living area. Great communication with booking agency throughout the process. Loved it and would stay here again!

Amazing Ski in Ski out resort.

Location is Everything! Everything we needed and wanted were steps away from our HOME for the week! Condo was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. We are a family of five that enjoyed this space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We cooked on a daily basis so adequate and plentiful appliances, cookware, dinnerware, etc. is a must for us and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend and will be returning.
