At home, enjoy morning coffee on your covered balcony with a gorgeous mountain view, then step inside to make breakfast when you get hungry. The open, light-filled living space combines the living room, dining area, and sleek kitchen, making it ideal for gathering together. Don your chef’s hat and take advantage of the full suite of stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space to whip up mealtime masterpieces, then grab a bite at the breakfast bar or bistro table before heading out. You'll also appreciate crisp water from the home's water filtration system.

When you return, snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace on the oversized sectional or head downstairs to the home gym if you didn’t get your steps in during the day. Stream the latest release on any of three TVs or use the free WiFi and dedicated office space to knock out any lingering remote work. The night ends in either plush bedroom, where you can drift off dreaming of your first - and next - perfect Park City day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
