Welcome to Woodside Cottage, hosted by InvitedHome. This charming property showcases authentic hardwood floors and tastefully restored features. The furnishings reflect the true character of the cottage, complemented by warm accents and a wood-burning fireplace that creates a cozy ambiance. Air conditioning ensures comfort during the warmer months. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

The main bedroom offers a king bed with feather pillows, premium linens, and cozy comforters. In the loft, you'll find two comfortable twin beds beneath a snug, sloped roof. Below the loft, there is ample mudroom and storage space, complete with hooks, shelves, baskets for personal belongings, and a boot dryer. The private backyard features a hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars.

WHAT WE LOVE
- Walking or snowshoeing along Silver Creek. There are plenty of paths limited to walkers, hikers, bikers, and snowshoers, as well as more difficult hiking trails that split off from the trail, so you can get away from the sounds of the city anytime you like.
- Spending a day at the Park City Museum, learn about the rich heritage of Park City’s mining days, as well as the storied history of skiing in Utah.
- Just a short walk from Old Town.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 5 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- This home has parking for a maximum of one car. Please display the provided parking permit in your car for the duration of the stay, as cars without permits will be ticketed for $40.
- Woodside Cottage is within walking distance to the slopes and steps away from the Park City free bus route.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

Just a block or two away from Park City shops, restaurants and free buses to both Park City and Deer Valley Ski mountains, this cozy home is ideal. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and hot tub too! We hooe to return some day.

Perfect place for hitting the slopes

The property was very clean and exactly as described. It also included a lot of small but nice touches like a welcoming beverage mix, hand warmers, travel kleenex packs, chapsticks etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with tons of spices and cooking spray, oil etc. The hot tub was great after a day of sking. The town lift was an easy 50 yd walk from the home and tons of restaurants within walking distance. The property is managed by Invited Home and my communication was with Deanna. She was great, from providing information about the area to asking if there anything we needed before and during our stay. I will definitely be back.

Great accommodations!

Very cozy, well-equipped and nicely updated inside. Being able to walk to town and the "Town Lift" for skiing was amazing. If you rent skis from the shop at the foot of the lift, they will store your skis overnight for free. FYI, the Town Lift usually starts operating in mid-December, which was just in time for our visit.

Great getaway!

We came to town for a wedding and to visit friends. If you want to be close to/in old town this is a great spot. Can walk to the town lift in ski boots. Cozy little old (remodeled) house with a nice kitchen, hot tub, and cool old wood stove. As described and pictured...the upstairs room does have a short ceiling which did not bother us, but something to note.

Thanksgiving get away

Had a great quick retreat, we all loved the jacuzzi and this adorable cabin. Walking distance to downtown and fun shops/restaurants.The property managers Set us up with a local grocery delivery service that was awesome! Cozy cottage with the BEST location!

This cottage was absolutely PERFECT! We were a group of 4 adults (2 couples) and it was the perfect space. We each had our own rooms with two doors of separation that provided ample privacy. The hot tub was AMAZING after a day on the slopes. The cottage came with everything that you could need during your stay including coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. Most of all, the location was UNBEATABLE. A 1-2 minute walk to town lift and Main St. The property manager Deanna was extremely helpful and generous throughout our stay and consistently responded to questions quickly and thoroughly. I will be staying here again next season when I come!
