150 Feet to the Slopes

Ski To Condo Walk To Main Street! This condo is located two short blocks up the mountainside from Old Historic Main Street (where all the shops and restaurants are). It is a true ski in ski out to Park City Mountain Resort via the stairs across the street which ascend up and land you on Quittin' Time for quick access to Park City Mountain Resort via theTown Lift.
Based on Early season snowfall...Sometimes the upper Quittin' Time Run may not be available until mid January, depending on the snow.

Description: You enter the unit into the open living room and kitchen space. The living room has hardwood flooring and new carpet throughout the bedrooms in the entire unit. The living room has a leather sectional, vaulted ceiling, and 60" flat screen TV mounted above the cobblestone gas fireplace with hearth.
The kitchen has beautiful cabinets and is complete with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishes, pots, cooking utensils, etc.. There is a round table that seats 6 and 4 stools around the island counter top.
Between the living room and the main floor bedrooms there is a full bathroom with vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combo.
The master bedroom on the main floor with a king sized four-poster bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom with vanity, toilet and jetted tub/shower combo. It has an outside balcony that overlooks Old Main St.
The second bedroom on the main floor is located across the hall from the master bedroom with a Queen bed. It also has a door to the balcony overlooking Main Street. Upstairs is a second master bedroom with a King bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom with vanity, toilet and large shower.
There is also a second bedroom upstairs with a King bed and a full size Futon bed as well as a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms upstairs have large skylights which let natural light into the space.
Linens are complete for bed, bath and kitchen.

The building houses 10 units. They share a common area that has a hot tub (available Thanksgiving through end of ski season only), and washer & dryer.

There is reserved parking for one vehicle for this unit. Additional vehicles will need to park in public parking on 7th and Park Ave.(next to the Town Lift)

This is a Non Smoking Unit and No Pets are allowed

This is not a party unit. To respect other units and guests in the building... quiet time is after 10.

Great location, plenty of space!

This condo is nestled in the heart of Park City-no need to rent a car! The beds were so comfy after a long day of skiing and the unit offered anything we could need! The communication was flawless and the check in process couldn’t be more easy! We loved staying here! Although this had nothing to do with the unit, Park City Mountain did not open all their trails due to a Ski Patrol strike, so we had to walk to the unit from Town Lift instead of skiing in from the trail. This was no easy feat(especially in ski boots) since the unit is at the top of a very steep hill! We even tried taking the bus from Park City Mountain base and they drop you off on Main Street which means you have to walk up 2 flight of steep stairs to get to the unit. This was easy as pie in street shoes, but ski boots and skis add a whole new experience!

Perfect Location

The condo was perfect for our large group of 7 for a long weekend of skiing in Park City. The location is awesome, pretty much ski-in/ski-out with a short flight of steps directly up to the Quit'n Time run. The condo was great as well - clean, spacious, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. It's also extremely convenient to everything in Park City - Main Street is just a few minutes walk away (more stairs - you'll get your workout in). We didn't have a car and never needed one - the local grocery will do same day delivery. Overall a great place to stay, highly recommended!

Amazing. Ski trip with 4 couples stayed comfortably with goal of hitting first lift and riding until closing. With one quick set of stairs to the run - this was perfect. And just a couple flights of stairs to Main Street for dinner, this couldn’t have worked out better. Communication was clear and timely. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Fantastic Park City get away

Condo was great! Julie is an amazing and attentive host. Condo was perfect for our group of 8. Amazing location, walkable to downtown, Ski in Ski out if weather permits, if not a short walk to town lift. Definitely, I recommend this condo.

Great condo in perfect location

Had a brilliant stay just before Christmas in Park City. The condo was exactly as advertised, plenty of space to hang out. The rooms were large, the beds super comfy (a huge plus) TVs in every room and a very well stocked kitchen if you want to cook, which we did. The location was great as you can walk up the steps to the ski slope (Quit n Time) and ski down to Town lift, even when the piste wasn't open, you can still do this bit. And its an easy stroll into town especially if you want to grab a coffee or go out to dine. There is only one parking space so bear that in mind as overnight parking in Park City peak season is expensive if you have more than one car. Host was super helpful. Great stay thank you!

We loved staying here! Communication was excellent. Lots of room for our family of 6. We had 2 great days of skiing and loved being close to the city. Although the Quit N Time run was not open, we were able to take the town lift back.

Great family condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The family had enough space to spread out and the beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to Main St., the bus station, or up the stairs to the Quittin' Time trail. The kitchen had all the extras needed to make nice family meals. The hosts, Julie and Billy, were kind and easy to communicate with. It was a great week!

Nice Stay and good location

The property was nice and clean. It was a little worn in the bathroom, but it had a parking spot and fully appointed kitchen. The location was about just up a stairway to the ski run quiting time and you ski down to the town lift. It is about 3 flights of stairs down to main street in Park City. The hot tub was hot but the blower did not work. There was also a community washer and dryer, but you share it with the other unit owners so get your wash started as soon as you get off the mountain. I would stay again.

Great place to stay

Three minute walk to the mountain, four minute walk to town. Condo was clean and well stocked with soap, paper towel, the basic necessities (I've been in other's that didn't even have hand soap), games, plenty of dining & drink ware, etc. Host (Julie) was very responsive. One minor issue with the outside lockbox, once that was resolved all was good and it wasn't really a big deal. I'd stay here again.
