Excellent Location! Walk to Snow Park Lodge

Snow Park Lodge, Deer Valley's main lodge, is a short walk (5 minutes) from our front door and we have access to the free Deer Valley Signature shuttle which runs approximately every 20 minutes during ski season and stops at our complex. Park City Resort is a short ride on the city's free bus service which picks up right in front of our development. Main Street's great restaurants, shopping and night life are less than a mile away - which makes for a nice walk or a short bus ride.

Our home is well-maintained with hardwood floors throughout, granite counters and stainless appliances in the kitchen, well-furnished and large enough to easily accommodate two families. The house has three bedrooms on the top floor consisting of two primary bedrooms, each with a king bed and a kids' bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (double beds on the bottom and twin beds on top) sleeping up to six kids in one room. The fourth bedroom is on the main level and features a beautiful twin sleigh bed with a twin trundle bed that pulls out easily and makes this the perfect retreat for two children or a nanny traveling with your family. Every bedroom has a television and a private full bathroom. We also have high speed internet with an excellent wifi signal throughout the unit. We have a two car garage, automatic garage opener, and heated walkway.

This is a great home to relax and kickback after a day of skiing. Enjoy the private hot tub secluded among the aspens and evergreen trees on the back patio or warm up by the fire. The dining and living rooms open up to a large balcony with a gas barbecue and a fire table which is great for roasting marshmallows or enjoying aprés ski drinks. We have TVs in the family room and all bedrooms. You can log in to your Netflix or other streaming service accounts and keep up with all of your favorites.

If you like to cook at home, you'll enjoy our kitchen with granite countertops and beautiful stainless steel appliances. We have a stainless steel gas grill on the covered porch steps away from the kitchen. Our kitchen is fully equipped with any utensil or appliance you might desire. Our dining room table can seat up to six people, plus another four at the adjacent kitchen bar. We have plenty of wine glasses and some cocktail making utensils also.

This is a great home for a family vacation or an adult getaway. Minimum age to rent is 25 and contracting person must occupy the unit. No college spring break usage permitted.

Potters Lane In the Trees

We really enjoyed our stay at Potters Lane. Great location, kitchen was very well equipped, wonderful hot tub, and very quiet surroundings. The only suggestion would be to place a checklist of renter duties (trash, linens, tv usage etc.) in the unit. Also, some of the furniture is definitely showing its age and the living area gas fireplace is difficult to light.

Beautiful Deer Valley home for family ski trip

The home’s location is ideal for skiing Deer Valley, just a few minutes to the lifts on the skiers shuttle. Excellent communication and responsiveness from host. The home is very clean and well designed with attention to detail. It provides the comfort of a vacation home with the benefits of a resort. We hope to book again next year.

Great spot 2 minutes from Deer Valley

This house is in a super convenient location along the bus and shuttle line to Deer Valley. Yes you could walk, but why when you can just download the app and use the free on demand shuttle? House was very clean and spacious, love the 2 car garage and ski storage on the lower level. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast in the mornings. Private hot tub is a huge plus, and it was hot and clean, and very private. You could easily sleep 2 families here and be comfy. Huge shout out to Edo and Marina at Swiss property management. They got me in early on the first day then also helped coordinate shipping of a lost wallet at the end of our trip. Couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I’ll return to this place again! You won’t be disappointed renting this property.

Wonderful 3 Generation Trip and House

We had a great time. House is exactly as pictured and described and so well equipped! It was very clean. We were skiing at National Ability Center and location is excellent to slopes in Park City and Deer Valley. Perfect for three generation family and our differently enabled son stayed on the main floor. The only reason I gave 3*s for property manager is he emailed not to call or text him bc he was going to be out of town the week we were there. I could email him and someone in his office would answer the email. I had an issue with my email so that might have been an issue had we had a real problem. The property is very well managed and maintained so I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. As a former vacation rental owner I would however want an alternate number for quicker response in an emergency. Overall a wonderful property that provided us with wonderful family memories.

Perfectly situated within walking distance from Snow Park lodge and downtown PC. Plenty of room for a family of 7 adults, with room to spare. Street and driveway plowed each (snowy) morning to provide easy auto access in and out. We'll be back!

Family ski trip

Great condo. Location is the best if you are skiing Deer Valley. You can walk to the resort in 10 minutes. Spacious and clean. Nice kitchen and well appointed. We are going to book again for next year.

The Perfect Spot for a Ski Trip - Great Value

This place checks all the boxes for a great ski trip. We appreciated the ease of gearing up in the garage and catching the free city bus to Park City or Deer Valley. The hot tub is big and clean, perfect for an apres soak. Special thanks to Edo, the property manager, for a seamless check-in and check-out experience. He was always quick to respond to our questions before and during the trip. We plan to stay here again the next time we're in Park City.

Park City Spring Break

Great ski trip with great accommodations! Super comfortable and convenient to Park City Mountains Resort and Deer Valley Resort. Hot tub was great, garage was nice to have, abundance of bathrooms was great and the house is more private than others. Would definitely stay here again and enjoyed the house! Too far to walk to Main Street and back but the bus stop across the street takes you right downtown.

Beyond expectations!!

We stayed as a family of 4 at the condo in Deer Valley. The location could not have been more perfect!! It was a 3 min drive to the snow park base lodge! The condo itself was exactly as the pictures show. It was very clean and had all the items you would need for a stay ! Everything was perfect! We especially loved the garage and mud room downstairs which made it so easy coming back from a day of skiing! After dumps of snow it was great not having to clean the car in the am!! The fireplace was such a nice treat to sit in front of after a day of skiing! The condo even had humidifiers in each room, which with little kids was a huge plus!! The kitchen was fully stocked!! They even had K cups! There were extra towels and all the rooms had something special and unique to itself! The whole apartment was so comfortable to move around!! Although we didn’t use the shuttle, there is the local DV shuttle that comes right to the door!! We truly loved this condo and will absolutely be returning next year!!! The owner and property staff are so easy to deal with and reach! Don’t hesitate to book this!! :)

Deer Valley is the BEST!

We were a family of 7 comprising grandparents, parents, an aunt and two children ages 6 and 9. The location of this condo was ideal, within walking distance (or a short bus ride) to the ski school for the children. The accommodation had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
