Sibling ski strip

Everything went smoothly - communication, check-in/out. The location is so close to the free parking at The Canyons which made it so convenient. The bedding was very comfortable.

Beautiful property and location

Great property. We were on the back side of the house - there are 4 rentals under 1 roof here. I don't know that this was clear when we rented. There is a bit of consistent road noise in the master bedroom, as you're really close to 224. But the place is lovely. Ducks in the pond. Snow. It was wonderful.

NOISY AND SMELLY

I try to leave a positive review when I travel b/c I know hosts work hard to provide a comfortable environment for their guests. Unfortunately, this isn't the case here. Every window & door in this unit backs to Highway 224 & the traffic noise is very loud-day & night. There is no A/C, so you have to keep your windows open if it's hot. But the traffic noise makes it difficult to sleep. Even earplugs did not completely obliterate the noise. Upon entering the property there was a strong smell of bacon & it had permeated everything! Before we could finish unloading or putting things away, I had to clean the entire kitchen to get rid of the grease covering every surface. I immediately contacted the prop mgr and the response was that all properties are inspected for cleanliness. They offered to send someone to clean the next day, but by that time, I had done it. They did give us a $10 refund to cover the cost of the Febreeze we purchased to try to cover up the horrendous smell and the cost of purchasing ice, since the ice maker in the freezer did not work. The carpeting in this house is filthy! We could not walk around barefoot w/o our feet turning black. It was so gross. Both hot tubs were dirty and had green algae growing in them, so we could not use them. Also of note, there is no BBQ grill, although they are allowed in this complex. Yes, the pictures look great, but beware! This place is dated, smells, and feels old. We would not stay here again.

Updated, roomy, open-concept; Great location!

We loved this clean, comfy, nicely appointed home with large rooms, updated baths, many games, Peloton, jetted tub, well-stocked kitchen and 2 hot tubs in next bldg over only a few steps away. One street from Hwy 224; quick, easy drive, about 10 minutes, to any type of service you need (Walmart, Whole Foods, multiple restaurants, etc.) or to Cabriolet lift hub. Garage door opening is small. A Toyota Corolla fit, but large SUVs would not. Great communication and experience with booking. We arrived after dark and there was no information provided about where to walk to reach the hot tub or the nearest shuttle pick-up/drop-off point, which would be helpful to include inside the unit. We appreciated the speedy response when we asked for help locating the hot tub and we easily found it right away. :) You'll want to download the Canyons Village Connect app before your stay if you plan to use the shuttle. Cabriolet Lift public parking lot is very close, less than 5 minutes away if you want to drive. Lovely stay. We'll definitely return!

Lovely condo very close to Canyons ski area

Perfect location for skiing at Canyons and PCMR. One thing: very close to road so there is traffic noise. Another thing: garage is small and we couldn't park our admittedly enormous SUV (GMC Yukon Denali because it was too tall. There are parking spaces outside but then there are issues of snow, getting things into condo etc. Front steps were not shoveled and covered with ice so entering through garage is essential. Lovely and spacious condo though and great location for skiing.

The place was clean, homey and perfect for what we needed.

We skied the The whole time we were at Park City. . Very convenient for the shuttles. We love the community hot tub. And the Jacuzzis inside our condo. We got to play some board game, location was great next to the mall and stores grocery stores. The view of the pond and mountain fir the sunrise was so beautiful.

We are enjoyed our stay at Timber Wolf lodge. The location near the Canyons, the hot tub and Kimball junction was very convenient. A couple of minor issues: the dishwasher door needs to be adjusted and the unit we rented was close to the road and even during winter there was a lot of road noise

Less than a mile from the Canyons chair lift and ski rental, this location was very ideal. Kitchen has great space for gathering, cooking meals, and nice dining area for eating. Liked the openness of the floor plan on the main floor where we could eat, cook, and relax.

Cute Cabin Vacation

This cabin is great for a cozy place to stay within close distance to main street (about 10-15 min). I was very impressed with the tall ceilings in the bed rooms. Everything was very clean and exactly what we needed. We were disappointed with the free shuttle that was advertised. I am not sure given it is through itrip company versus an individual owner but the book at the home was not helpful for new comers to Park City. We called itrip to get directions on how to use the shuttle and were told to use apple maps and select bus as the method of transport. However, we tried using it and waited at the bus stop for almost an hour and the app said the bus had come and gone. It is possible there is a different shuttle, however, it was not clear and the instructions to use apple maps did not end in success. Therefore, we had to use uber / lift during the trip and there are limited drivers and it becomes expensive with a larger group. It would have been nice if the book also included guidance for approaching the many lifts and routes. Otherwise, the place is great. Hot tub is a nice perk, short walk from the cabin and relaxing after a long day of skiing. We would recommend this place to others..

Great stay

We loved the property. The home was beautiful and clean. Added bonus having a parking garage to park in and not having to look for a parking spot. We did go during the summer and we knew there was no a/c when we booked. It did get a little warm, however there was plenty of fans that we could use. Overall great location and beautiful place. We hope to be back to Park City again and we would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location and property

Awesome townhome near the canyons - it’s easy to get to town and the highway. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable beds. The only drawback while there in the summer is the road could be a little loud with the windows open. Overall great stay and value. Would definitely rent again!
