Great property thanks for the stay! Only minor thing I would mention to new guests is that the room is not where you would expect in the building. The room has one of the higher numbers, but it was near the front of the building and nowhere near any of the other rooms close to it in number. We got really confused trying to find it and spent an extra 15-20 minutes trying to figure out what was going on. When you've had a long travel day that's never fun.Otherwise, we had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. It was very spacious and extremely well decorated. We thought it was quite clean and overall everything was in good condition.Quite large enough for a family stay with two good size bedrooms, and bathrooms.The location was good as it was exposed to the bus stop and if you choose to bring a car plenty of places to park. We certainly enjoyed our time.

We had a great stay at this penthouse! The condo was beautiful, super clean, and well designed. It was very spacious and worked perfectly for our family of four on a ski trip. The kitchen was great and made it easy to cook and the set up was cozy and made it easy to hang out together.The location was awesome. The free shuttle was so easy to hop on (right outside the front door) both when we were heading to the mountain or going out for dinner, so we didn’t need a car at all.The host was fantastic! Very responsive, helpful, and flexible, and even allowed us to reschedule our trip when needed, which we really appreciated.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The penthouse was beautiful and as described. We are kitchen snobs and found the kitchen and various pans,pots, knives all to be great and therefore allowed us to cook some great meals. The host took immediate action on the night of Christmas Eve when the heat wasn’t working. He had to rewire the new HVAC for heat which he did which was amazing.

Beautiful condo, convenient location, nicely outfitted, close to many activities, easy access to Shuttle, plenty of parking, large space well suited to accommodating multiple guests. AC had to work overtime to try to cool down the condo ( even though temps were relatively mild ). Primary commode room has foul odor that render that commode unusable. That should be addressed going forward to improve an otherwise pleasant stay.

Ski vacay

This property was perfect for our annual family ski trip. The location put us within a 15-minute drive of the slopes, local shops, and restaurants. Check-in was a quick and easy process. The property itself was better than expected. Comfortable beds and great amenities. Only drawback was the time required to get hot water out of the taps/shower heads, but we were warned in the onsite notes, so it wasn't a surprise. Loved this property and we hope to return next year.

Good place to stay when visiting Park City

We had an overall good stay while at Prospector Square. The unit is updated and very large. The space and electronics were great for after slope hanging out. The property manager was in constant contact and helpful. The bus was easy to use and literally like 100 feet from the unit. The large community hot tub was really nice too and a slightly longer walk than the bus stop. The rental unit had hands down the most cool snow accessories
never had a glove or boot dryer before, but every place should have one! Plus ski or board hangers and plenty of seating to put your gear on. Beautiful views from the room and plenty of good places to dine nearby.

Outstanding Stay

This unit is as advertised. Excellent, modern finishes. Great TV. Comfortable furnishings and tons of space for a two-bedroom unit. Easy, short drive to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and Main Street. Condo complex has good amenities for the price. We will be back.

Park City Ski Week

Two suite condo on Park City bus route. Everything was updated new. Plenty of room us. Huge TV for aprĂšs-ski movie night. Buyer beware, the 3rd floor location could be challenging to some after a long day on the slopes and bring your equipment back up. I recommend using the $10 a nigh ski butler at PC. The place could use a ground level ski locker. That is why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5. The location was great. On bus route. No need for a vehicle if are just going to ski PC. One day we skied into Park City town for aprĂšs-ski and shuttled back to the condo. Bus stop right out side The Bridge restaurant. I would stay again.

Very nice condo close to Park City. The renovations that were made to this unit are phenomenal. Check-In was a breeze and the host was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Park City.
