Weekend Ski Trip

My husband and I had a great weekend skiing at Deer Valley. The condo was well appointed and a great location to get to the main base. We enjoyed several restaurants in the area. The hot tub was such a nice feature.

Deer Valley Condo

This was our second stay at the same location. The condo is really nice. It is well appointed and the bus transportation to Deer Valley is perfect. Our only complaint this time was the group in the unit above us. They woke us up very early on a week day and it was very loud and annoying. Not sure if that could be helped.

Deer Valley Stay

All in all we had a good 4 nite stay. We had a few early issues that were resolved quickly by management. It was frustrating not being able to use the TV in the bedroom because of some cable issue. I thought the management company may be somewhat overwhelmed with the number of properties it’s managing and it was clear that the cleaning crew doesn’t spend much time in the unit and clearly rushes through it. I was a little taken back when I noticed the bedroom dresser mirror had not been dusted in a while, and the stains in the living room carpet. But we were there to ski - and ski we did. Bus picks you up right outside and takes you straight up to Deer Valley or Main Street. In summary the stay was decent but we expected more for the we paid.

Perfectly Cozy AND comfortable

2 very comfy queen size beds 2 Clean bathrooms/showers 1 cozy main area 3 very happy renters! Park City/ Deer Valley area is so beautiful- the quiet snow and comfortable living situation made our quick family getaway a real pleasure. Falling apart

This condo was NOT as advertised! The hot tub deck had planks of wood missing and rusty screws and nails sticking up! My son sliced his foot open and had to go to an emergency clinic for a tetanus shot and wound care. The walls and ceiling in both bedrooms had a significant amount of water damage and visible mold. The furniture and carpet were so dated. A lot of our vacation was affected because of the condition of the condo. The photos online were not realistic and should be updated to show the horrible condition of the condo.

Nice Deer Valley Condo

This is a well appointed condo with 2 bedrooms with attached baths. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The condo is large and all 4 adults were very comfortable. The bus to and from the Deer Valley resort was perfect. We love skiing in Utah and not having to get a rental car.

Great location and clean place. The fireplace and jacuzzi were great. The customer service was very responsive. The furniture and carpet are a bit dated, but the trade-off is the location. We walked out front and got the shuttle to go skiing. It’s also walking distance to the Deer Valley cafe for coffee, chili, cookies!

Great location if you are skiing at Deer Valley. Bus stop is right out front of the complex. The garage parking is priceless when snowing. Unit was clean and roomy. Was perfect for our party of 2. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

Good but could be great

We enjoyed our stay in this condo, great snow and proximity to bus stop for Deer Valley helped but the property could do with a little TLC. One armchair is quite tatty, lightbulb in bedroom lamp out, holes in ceiling covering in 2nd bedroom, primary bath is huge but not enough hot water to fill it in one go, only half the jets worked in hot tub. All these niggles aside we had a nice time and it was warm, spacious and convenient. Beds ok and a well equipped kitchen.

Comfortable stay

It’s a comfortable condo close to the bus stop. Some updates need to be completed, as the front bedroom’s ceiling was an eyesore and needed repair. That bedroom also didn’t warm up well, as it stayed pretty chilly. Half of the outlets don’t work and need to be replaced. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updates, but all in all, it was a comfortable condo.

We only ended up staying one night because we didn’t have any hot water. Water heater was leaking. We were moved to another available condo. Many small issues at the new place but overall it was very nice.

Ok, but not a memorable place to stay

Location is great for summer concerts at DV, that’s why we booked it. Grounds are tired as is the buildings. Need to put more care into the grounds/outdoor area if you’re going to rent it in summer. Plastic patio chairs provided were dirty and broken. Shower drain was clogged, kitchen knives were dull, and the ceiling of unit had several water damage spots that should be repaired
 Looks kind of tacky. Hot tub deck is borderline treacherous, with broken decking, tub appears to be listing, so deck infrastructure is probably rotting

Great stay at lower Deer Valley

Excellent home in the base of Deer Valley. Very close to snow park lodge, the bus stops just outside the parking lot. Two well appointed bedrooms, nice linens and well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our evenings by the fireplace and the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. It would be nice if the kitchen and the bathrooms were remodeled.

Two families (family of 5 and family of 4) shared this beautiful home for a ski weekend. It was perfect! They house was comfortable and provided everything we needed. The quiet location that was close to town and just a couple mile drive to the ski lodge was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and recommend to others!

Pleasant Stay

Location is excellent, minutes from Deer Valley ski resort. A shuttle bus picks up folks on the street in case you don’t want to drive. Same shuttle can take you to Main St. For all the bars/restaurants and shops. Some maintenance issues on arrival, were mostly resolved. The place could benefit from carpet and bathroom rehab. Kitchen was well stock w essentials to prepare meals. Hot tub was nice. Cable TV. Indoor garage parking very convenient.
