The open concept living area easily transitions from the great room to the

dining room to the kitchen. As you enter, you will be immediately drawn to the

extra-large picture windows framing the entire space with an abundance of

natural light and nature. Two full size sofas, two club chairs, and two poufs

surround the gas fireplace in the great room where you can entertain the whole

family. For friends or family who want time together in a quieter area, the

eight seat dining table or separate den are ideal for catching up, playing

games, or reading. The Sonos speakers throughout the home allow you to play

your favorite music for the ambiance of your choice.



The hardwood floors and cabinetry of the fully stocked kitchen combined with

top-of-the-line modern stainless-steel appliances provide the mountain

elegance that we all wish for in a Park City home-away-from-home. The granite

countertop is set up with comfortable seating for four, a great space to share

stories over morning coffee and evening cocktails. To top it off, enjoy all

chests of drawers. Guests can enjoy the warmth of their own fireplace, a flat-

screen television, and an en suite large bathroom with heated floors, two

Bedroom 2 – King Bed



This second master bedroom features an appreciation for the immense beauty of

nature and the outdoors. The large windows offer stunning views with an alpine

backdrop on full display. This room also includes an en suite bathroom with

heated floors, a sink and step-in glass shower. Plentiful closet space

includes a built-in and tall chest of drawers.







Bedroom 3 – Extra long Twin over Queen Bunk plus Extra long Twin Bed



This custom made three bunk suite is perfect for families and/or kids who want

to stay up late or for guests who don’t mind sharing a room. The large window

affords breathtaking mountain views. The en suite bathroom features heated

floors, a sink and combination shower-bathtub. There is great closet space for

four people, including built-ins and a large dresser.







Den – Hideaway Full Bed



The den offers a luxurious full hideaway bed that benefits from the fourth

full bathroom in the hallway off the kitchen. It is a fun, flexible extra room

equipped with a large flat screen television with sound bar, perfect for

watching movies, and a triple-wide dresser for storage and board games.







The Grand Lodge #408 is a luxurious condominium with all the perks of home and

shared amenities, such as a concierge, dedicated ski equipment storage
