Park City Blackstone Escape is a stylish, newly built condo in Canyons Village, featuring two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths to comfortably host up to seven guests. Just steps from the Cabriolet lift, you'll have easy access to Canyons Village for dining, shopping, rentals, and lift access to the mountain. The nearby Transit Hub also offers a free Park City shuttle, making it easy to explore Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, and Kimball Junction year-round.

The condo offers 1,300 square feet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to seven guests.

Entering this second floor condo, you will find the main living area with the living room, dining area and kitchen with hardwood floors throughout and mountain views.

Living room: Offers comfortable mountain contemporary furnishings including a queen sofa sleeper, a cozy gas fireplace, a Smart TV and access to a private patio.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers Viking stainless steel appliances, including a 4-burner gas stove, granite counters, stainless farm sink, and bar seating for four.

Dining room: The dining area offers seating for six.

Nice place

Nice clean house. As described. Short walk to the cabriolet that takes you to the base or the mountain and saves you the hassle of trying to find parking. There are a few restaurants that are within 20 min walking distance. A couple of disadvantages are that I can hear beeping sounds, like when a truck backs up, early in the morning that wakes me up. Other than the few hotel owned restaurants, you have to drive to get to everything else, like the markets, stores, and other restaurants. There are plenty of nice lodgings in Park City that give you easy access to these stores but I think it's preference: If you don't much care about anything else other than hassle free access to the mountains, this is a really good place. But if you don't mind getting a Lyft/Uber or drive to the mountain and rather be in a place where you can walk around to shop or dine, there are other good places nearby.

Nice stay

This is a nice, new property, in a great location. My only minor complaint is that the property was not quite as clean as I would have expected with the hefty cleaning fee (there were handprints on the deck window). It's a very minor complaint! Also, it would have been great to have laundry detergent. Otherwise, all in all, it was an excellent stay.

Perfect property for a little getaway!

My friend and I took our daughters on a quick getaway to park city. Upon our arrival, we were extremely impressed with the entire facility! The layout was beautiful and modern. There were plenty of amenities (extra towels, dishes, parking.). We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. The security was excellent and we felt very safe! We will definitely rent this unit again!

Nice Place

We had an enjoyable time at this property. There were a few hiccups in terms of entry codes, but that is on the property management firm. House was great and comfortable. We had a party of 6 adults and there was plenty of room to socialize, play games, watch TV etc. Recommend this place for others.

Beautiful

The space was very clean, the bed and pillows were so wonderful. We did not use the kitchen much but it was nice. Having covered parking was very nice. Only complaint there was only on bottle of hand soap in the master bath, no other bathrooms had soap nor did the kitchen, not a huge deal but pretty bothersome to me I am a fan of washing hands often. Over all a great stay, defiantly repeater for me.

Fall getaway

This was a great place to stay during our fall family getaway. The bed was very comfortable. I personally enjoyed turning on the gas fireplace in the morning, while it was still dark outside. My only gripe, albeit small, would be that the cooking utensils could be better, especially the frying pan which was of very cheap construction and with a loose handle.

Park City Summertime

Great condo. Clean. New. Great amenities. Comfortable. Perfect for family of 4 or 5. Location was in great proximity to summer activities around the Park City. Property Management is on top of every inquiry and request. Only downside is that the view from this unit is less than desirable. It looks out over a maintenance facility and parking lot for the ski resort and golf operations. Pavement and parking lot is your view from the deck and bedroom windows. The pictures didn’t disclose this when you view it online. Unexpected but not a deal killer. In the winter, I’m sure it’s more pretty covered in white. Bonus was the underground parking....even more of a bonus in the winter, I am sure. All in all, it’s a great place at a fair price.

Very new and very comfortable

Other than problems with two door codes, this is a good property to rent. We struggled with the main entrance door code and fitness center/ hot tub door code the first day but with help from Park City rental properties it was solved. The Cabriolet lift is an easy walk and the Canyons Free shuttle service is even easier to use. You can catch a free bus to Main Street and back just as easy as walking to the Cabriolet lift. The property is brand new and comfortable. Ski lockers or even a plastic drip pan would be a nice addition. It is a very nice kitchen with just enough of everything to handle dining needs ( pizza cutter needed). Bedding is great, fireplaces wonderful , well appointed bathrooms. Next trip to PC I will try to book this property first

Beautiful Place & So Convenient!

We came to Park City the Canyons and Blackstone Residences didn’t disappoint. Absolutely stunning condo. Luxury 5 Star all the way. So close to the gondola it made skiing the Canyons and Park City so convenient. We had an amazing time. This was our family vacation before I deploy overseas for the next 9-months and with our work ups I have been away from my wife and 5-year old for the last 6-months already. This vacation checked every box and will be a cherished memory for my family. We will be back for sure!

Stunning place, great location, lovely amenities

We had a great time at this beautiful property. The furnishing were impeccable, chef’s kitchen, ample sized lovely bedrooms that were extremely comfortable. The in unit laundry was exceptional as well. We enjoyed the fireplaces that added a nice ambience. Everything was there to enjoy the Park city / Canyons setting. We could see the cabriolet from the balcony. Easy walk to it and plenty of available shuttles. The views were incredible from all rooms (unobstructed). Took many photos from the balcony. We took advantage of the pool and the hot tub to unwind after our days of skiing. Both full bathrooms were large, gorgeous and great water pressure. The third half bath was good to have, as well. Nice to drive into an underground garage and easily get to the room with our gear. The unit also provided easy access to the recycle bins and encouraged recycling. The little touches like the decor, the high quality soaps, shampoos and lotions were a bonus. The unit was very clean and had a modern, yet warm (with the use of the wood accents and stylish furniture) feel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to easily get to many great restaurants and shopping, as well as take a shuttle into the energetic Park City area. We took walks in the evening and saw some wildlife on the mountains. Perfect. Thank you!
