This serene outdoor space, complete with a table, offers an idyllic setting for relaxation and entertainment. APRÈS Vacation Homes complies with all applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act (FHA). If a guest will be traveling with a service animal, they are required to notify us prior to check-in. Non-Service Animal Pets are $150 per stays of less than 15 days. If a guest will be traveling with a pet of any kind, excluding Support Animals, they are required to notify us of Breed & Age prior to check-in.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras may be installed in outdoor areas such as entrances, driveways, and garages. These devices are used for property protection, occupancy verification, and safety monitoring. There are no cameras or recording devices located inside the home or in any private interior spaces.
