This rental is for a Studio Plus unit. This 380 sf unit is furnished with a king- or two queen-size beds (cannot specificy in advance). The unit has TV and features a bathroom with a standard combination tub and shower. The kitchenette offers a small refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and coffeemaker. This unit does not include a washer and dryer. Select units include a balcony.

NOTE: The bed types cannot be guaranteed in advance, as it will depend on availability at check-in. The unit will either have one king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds to be assigned at check-in.

Although check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, you may experience longer check-in times between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as a great many guests arrive and attempt to check-in at this time.

CREDIT CARD: A credit card may required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges.

WIFI INTERNET: WiFi is available but may not be free. WiFi access fee is paid directly to Resort. Guest must check with Resort for latest WiFi fees.
