Then imagine an idyllic home away from home, close to all the action and with every creature comfort. Spend a glorious day challenging yourself on the mountain, then kick back in a warm and inviting haven, where you can soak your tired muscles in your own private hot tub, curl up on a comfortable sofa and savor a glass of wine in front of the fire.

Welcome to Greyhawk, a luxury 2 bedroom, 2œ bath beautifully furnished town home just minutes from Deer Valley and Park City’s famous main street, and steps away from the free bus that will take you virtually anywhere you’d like to go.

This gracious condo features a fabulous gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Everything you need to prepare breakfast, casual lunch or a gourmet dinner is at your fingertips.

The open concept main level is the perfect place for your family and/or friends to relax and enjoy each other’s company while sharing stories of the day’s adventures on the mountain. The 42” flat screen HDTV in the living room is great for a movie on the or just relax on the comfortable furniture while the fire warms you before you head off to bed.

When you’re ready to turn in for the night, you can retreat upstairs or downstairs to your own private master suite. Sleep soundly in quiet tranquility in comfortable beds (1 queen & 1 king) with warm and inviting bedding and flat screen TV’s. Luxuriate in the suites’ whirlpool spa tubs or soak in the Jacuzzi on the lower deck. For those extra guests, the queen-size pull out sofa bed on the main level allows your condo to accommodate a total of six people very comfortably.

Greyhawk is nestled in the mountain just before the entrance to Deer Valley. Snow Park Lodge is three-quarters of a mile from your front door and Park City’s main street is less than a half-mile away. Greyhawk features a heated underground garage with 2 parking spots and private locked ski storage closet in the garage for security. For your comfort and safety, an elevator whisks you up to radiant- heated walkways that lead to your front door.

Enjoy tranquil mountain views and aspen trees as you sip your morning coffee on the balcony before hopping on the free bus that takes you to the lifts. The free bus stops right out front so you can see the bus coming from your window. You’re just moments away from world class skiing at Deer Valley or historic Main Street and the town lift to Park City Mountain Resort. The free bus will also take you to the Canyons for even more skiing, or to a myriad of shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities.

We just spent a week at this condo and it exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable size and layout for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped, loved the gas fireplace and private hot tub. Super convenient location right at the bus stops to Deer Valley & Park City. Parking in the garage was easy and not crowded, even during presidents week. There was a luggage cart to get our bags up from the garage to the unit. Ski locker in the garage was great. We used it the first and last nights and checked our skis at the mountain the other days. I would stay here again.

The description says it all! Wonderful location with a bus stop right outside. Ideal spot for a family of 4 that is looking to ski Deer Valley and Park City. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions quickly. The private hot tub was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back!

we had a great time. The bus stop right outside the complex was handy. Any problems were handled quickly and the maintenance people were great. The elevator was really handy for getting our luggage up to the condo. Hot tub was a nice feature. over all we had a great time. The place doesn't have a/c but it was not a problem. Very cool at night and stays comfortable all day. We stayed for 2 months and had only 1 or 2 hot days. Loved the locations for getting downtown as the bus takes you right there and comes by every 15 minutes. Would think it would work great for ski season. Thanks Dee for sharing your home.

Ideal Deer Valley Vacay

The owner of this VRBO property is 100% committed to the comfort of their guests. Cleanliness and maintenance are high priority. Kitchen is loaded with many conveniences. The condo location is ideal! FREE pick up/drop off with Park City bus transportation ourside our door! We also enjoyed the 10-minute walk to Dear Valley Lodge where several acres of large ponds provide fishing, swimming and much wildlife. We saw a MOOSE! We were guests for 30 days and only used our car when exploring the many hiking and driving trails outside of Park City. Don't miss Timpanogos Cave or Mirror Lake Drive (42 miles). What a GREAT vacay!!

Presidents Day Week

We had a great time staying at this property nestled between Park City and Deer Valley. Great parking below the unit (busy stretch of road though), locker for gear and and easy access to the shuttle. The hot tub hit the spot after long days skiing/boarding. Highly recommended.

Perfect Stay with a Teen!

Great location, bus drops off literally at the stairs to the townhouse! Fireplace was a great mood setter and the hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Full suite upstairs perfect fit teen and full suite downstairs gave us our own space. Highly recommend!

Firm favorite in Deer Valley area!

Perfect property for our trip consisting of 2 couples. Location is excellent for easy access to slopes and to town! House layout was great for privacy when needed. Well stocked kitchen making meal prep easy and mealtimes delicious! Hot tub was always wonderful after a day on the slopes! Host was communicative and most helpful. We’ll certainly book here again!

Great location for free shuttle!

The best part of the stay was being able to take the free shuttle up to the mountain (where they have complimentary ski valet!) and then take it down to town in the evening for dinner. The condo met our needs very well. Only downside is some traffic noise in the morning while having coffee. Also, the stairways between floors are a little steep. Other than that, beds are comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. My adult children said it was the best place we stayed so far. We've been traveling to the area every year for the last 7 to 8 years.

Great location for Deer Valley

Our family of four (2 kids, ages 6 and 9) stayed for five nights and had a great experience. The kitchen was well equiped for us to make breakfast and multiple dinners at home, the hot tub is great after a day of skiing, the location puts you right on the bus line into Deer Valley or downtown Park City, and the house had just the right amount of space. We'll be back again!
