Clean, Can't be anymore centrally located.

Great little place. Very clean, everything you need is right there. We opted to stay on Main St this trip and this was a great spot. Could use black out curtains, and better pillows, but the rest was great.

Location, location, location

You can’t be the spot on Main st. You do pick up street noise in this unit (407), but worth it. It’s seconds from OTTC which makes getting to any mountain super easy. The only dark mark is the hot tub. It’s dated and could use some TLC. Other than that, we would for sure stay here again. Thank you!

Great location but…

Perfect location with access to great restaurants, shops and the town lift. IMO it’s a nice condo but I wouldn’t describe it as luxurious. It’s on Main Street which means you hear all the street noise and people celebrating in park city until way past midnight. The biggest draw back is the hot water is on a community system for the building. We weren’t able to take hot showers after skiing (between 4 - 8) any of the days we were there.

Nice 1 Bedroom in Downtown Park City

Everything was walkable (food, shopping, rinsing/skiing)! We didn’t need a car. We took a shuttle to and from Salt Lake and picked up some groceries on the way to Park City. We had a drink on the roof deck one night which was fun with great views! The spa was a bit dated but a resident told us it was being redone. We had a great time in a great condo for our needs!

a wonderful weekend

The condo was great! Had everything we needed. The location amazing, right in the middle of the action. We loved being able to walk everywhere. One of the negatives is also that it was right in the middle of the action. If you are a light sleeper you might be keeped up by the party people on the street. The window coverings do not keep out the street light so again if you are a light sleeper look elsewhere. A big plus was not having to move the car once the entire time. Having covered parking was great. The parking lot is not convenient for loading your stuff to the apartment and you have to hope that someone pulls out so you can get a spot. Overall other than those minor things, which really have nothing to do with the plade, it was amazing and I would stay again.
